Abstract
Description
例示的実施形態によると、位相配列アンテナは、モノリシックソリューションにおいて、シリコンゲルマニウム(SiGe)上に製造される、能動的構成要素を備える。GaAs、シリコン、あるいは現在周知または今後考案される他の好適な材料等、他の材料が使用され得る。能動的構成要素を使用するモノリシックSiGe実施形態は、より低いコスト、動作周波数から独立したより小さい物理的サイズ、より広い動作帯域幅、および電力損失ではなく、電力利得を提供する能力を含め、従来技術における分散型/受動的ネットワークに勝る一定の利点をもたらす。
Claims (22)
- 放射素子と通信状態にある位相配列アンテナであって、
該放射素子から二重線形偏波されたRF信号を受信するように構成された90°ハイブリッドであって、90°移相を投入し、RHCP中間信号およびLHCP中間信号を発生させるように構成された90°ハイブリッドと、
該RHCP中間信号を受信するように構成された第1のベクトル発生器であって、ビームステアリングのために該RCHP中間信号を位相調節し、第1のRF信号を出力するように構成された第1のベクトル発生器と、
該LHCP中間信号を受信するように構成された第2のベクトル発生器であって、ビームステアリングのために該LCHP中間信号を位相調節し、第2のRF信号を出力するように構成された第2のベクトル発生器と
を備える、位相配列アンテナ。 - 前記90°ハイブリッドは、90°能動的ハイブリッドである、請求項1に記載の位相配列アンテナ。
- 前記90°ハイブリッドは、90°受動的ハイブリッドであり、該90°受動的ハイブリッドは、分枝線ハイブリッドおよびLange連結器のうちの1つである、請求項1に記載の位相配列アンテナ。
- 放射素子と通信状態にある位相配列アンテナであって、
該放射素子から第1の信号を受信するように構成された第1のベクトル発生器であって、偏波追跡およびビームステアリングのために該第1の信号の位相および振幅の調節を提供し、第1の中間信号を出力するように構成された第1のベクトル発生器と、
該放射素子から第2の信号を受信するように構成された第2のベクトル発生器であって、偏波追跡およびビームステアリングのために該第2の信号の位相および振幅の調節を提供し、第2の中間信号を出力するように構成された第2のベクトル発生器と、
該第1の中間信号および該第2の中間信号を受信し、位相差を伴う2つのRF出力信号を発生させるように構成されたハイブリッドであって、該2つのRF出力信号はそれぞれ、該第1の中間信号と該第2の中間信号との合成である、ハイブリッドと
を備える、位相配列アンテナ。 - 前記ハイブリッドは、90°位相差を発生させるように構成された90°能動的ハイブリッドである、請求項4に記載の位相配列アンテナ。
- 前記ハイブリッドは、180°位相差を発生させるように構成された180°能動的ハイブリッドである、請求項4に記載の位相配列アンテナ。
- 前記ハイブリッドは、90°受動的ハイブリッドであり、該90°受動的ハイブリッドは、分枝線ハイブリッドおよびLange連結器のうちの1つである、請求項4に記載の位相配列アンテナ。
- 前記ハイブリッドは、180°受動的ハイブリッドであって、該180°受動的ハイブリッドは、マジックTおよびリングハイブリッドのうちの1つである、請求項4に記載の位相配列アンテナ。
- 放射素子と通信状態にある位相配列アンテナであって、
該放射素子から第1の信号を受信するように構成された第1のベクトル発生器であって、偏波追跡およびビームステアリングのために該第1の信号の位相および振幅の調節を提供し、第1の中間信号を出力するように構成された第1のベクトル発生器と、
該放射素子から第2の信号を受信するように構成された第2のベクトル発生器であって、偏波追跡およびビームステアリングのために該第2の信号の位相および振幅の調節を提供し、第2の中間信号を出力するように構成された第2のベクトル発生器と、
該第1の中間信号および該第2の中間信号を受信するように構成された結合器であって、該第1および第2の中間信号は、RF出力信号に結合される、結合器と
を備える、位相配列アンテナ。 - 前記結合器は、能動的結合器である、請求項9に記載の位相配列アンテナ。
- 前記結合器は、受動的結合器であり、該受動的結合器は、Wilkinson結合器である、請求項9に記載の位相配列アンテナ。
- 放射素子と通信状態にある位相配列アンテナであって、
該放射素子から二重線形偏波されたRF信号を受信するように構成されたハイブリッドであって、移相を投入し、RHCP中間信号およびLHCP中間信号を発生させるように構成されたハイブリッドと、
該RHCP中間信号を受信するように構成された第1のベクトル発生器であって、ビームステアリングのために該RCHP中間信号を位相調節し、第1のRF中間信号を出力するように構成された第1のベクトル発生器と、
該LHCP中間信号を受信するように構成された第2のベクトル発生器であって、ビームステアリングのために該LCHP中間信号を位相調節し、第2のRF中間信号を出力するように構成された第2のベクトル発生器と、
該第1のRF中間信号および該第2のRF中間信号を受信するように構成された結合器であって、該第1および第2のRF中間信号は、RF出力信号に結合される、結合器と
を備える、位相配列アンテナ。 - 前記ハイブリッドは、90°移相を投入するように構成された90°能動的ハイブリッドである、請求項12に記載の位相配列アンテナ。
- 前記ハイブリッドは、180°移相を投入するように構成された180°能動的ハイブリッドである、請求項12に記載の位相配列アンテナ。
- 前記ハイブリッドは、90°受動的ハイブリッドまたは180°受動的ハイブリッドのいずれかである、請求項12に記載の位相配列アンテナ。
- 前記結合器は、能動的結合器である、請求項12に記載の位相配列アンテナ。
- 前記結合器は、受動的結合器であり、該受動的結合器は、Wilkinson結合器である、請求項12に記載の位相配列アンテナ。
- 放射素子と通信状態にある位相配列アンテナであって、
該放射素子から二重線形偏波されたRF信号を受信するように構成されたハイブリッドであって、移相を投入し、RHCP中間信号およびLHCP中間信号を発生させるように構成されたハイブリッドと、
