Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つの平行な第1のガイドレール(2)を備えた第1の直線軌道(1)を有し、
前記軌道(1)には、第1のスライド部(3)が直線移動可能に取り付けられており、前記第1のスライド部(3)は空間を取り囲んでおり、その中を第2のスライド部(4)が、前記第1の軌道(1)に対して直角に直線移動可能であり、
前記空間は、互いに離間して配置された2つのベアリング要素(5)により形成されていることを特徴とする工作機械用ガイドキャリッジ・アセンブリ。 - 前記ベアリング要素(5)は、互いに直角に配置されている2つの機能面(6,7)を有し、第1の機能面(6)は、前記第1のガイドレール(2)に沿って移動可能であり、第2の機能面(7)は、前記第2のスライド部(4)の少なくとも2つの平行な第2のガイドレール(8)を支持していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械用ガイドキャリッジ・アセンブリ。
- 前記機能面(6,7)の各々は、2つの互いに平行なガイドレールに支持されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の工作機械用ガイドキャリッジ・アセンブリ。
- 前記ベアリング要素(5)の前記機能面(6,7)は、それぞれ複数の平板状の構成要素により形成されており、前記複数の平板状の構成要素は、互いに支柱および/またはリブで補強されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の工作機械用ガイドキャリッジ・アセンブリ。
- 2つの前記ベアリング要素(5)の間は、少なくとも1つの平板状の接続要素(9)によって、相互に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械用ガイドキャリッジ・アセンブリ。
- 2つの前記ベアリング要素(5)の間には、2つの接続要素(9)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の工作機械用ガイドキャリッジ・アセンブリ。
- 前記接続要素(9)は、リブが形成された構成となっていることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の工作機械用ガイドキャリッジ・アセンブリ。
- 前記2つのベアリング要素(5)は、略矩形の内部空間を形成し、前記内部空間の中を前記第2のスライド部(4)が移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項5から7のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械用ガイドキャリッジ・アセンブリ。
- 前記第2のスライド部(4)は、工具スピンドル(10)を回転可能に支持していることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械用ガイドキャリッジ・アセンブリ。
- 前記第2のスライド部(4)は、スリーブの形状をしている工具スピンドル(10)を支持していることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械用ガイドキャリッジ・アセンブリ。
