Description
で約三角形の外形を持ち、それぞれ2つのガイドレール9,10上にある2つの滑り金12を用いて当該三角形の直角を挟み水平な辺側で、駆動装置(図示せず)により移動可能である。図1は縦方向スライド11が後方にある位置を示し、図2は前方にある位置を示す。側面視が約三角形の縦方向スライド11の前面部では、モータにより移動可能となるように横方向スライド15を、その後方幅広部と共にX座標軸方向に案内する、垂直方向に間隔を設けた2つの水平なガイドレール14が配置される。この横方向スライド15は非常に強固な板の配置で構成され、図1に示すように、上面視で約三角形である形状を持つ。お互いに少々離間した2つのガイドレール14において、この横方向スライド15の後方幅広部は、2つの各滑り金により支持され、案内される。直動ガイド16において垂直なZ軸方向に、モータにより移動可能である垂直方向スライド17は、横方向スライド15における前方幅狭部に配置され、工作主軸19を持つフライス盤を備えた機械加工ユニット18を運搬する。
Claims (6)
- ・後部の前方に、円筒形状の前部を設けた平坦な基部(1)と、前記平坦な基部(1)上で、前記基部の後部及び円筒形状の前記基部の前部に設けられた前記基部の側壁(2)と、を備える基礎構造(1,2)と、
・前記基部(1)に垂直で互いに平行な左右の側壁(6,7)を持つ機械フレーム(5)と、
・前記機械フレーム(5)の前記左右の側壁(6,7)の上のY座標軸方向にモータにより移動可能である縦方向スライド(11)と、前記縦方向スライド(11)の前面上のX座標軸方向にモータにより移動するために案内される横方向スライド(15)との複合されたスライド(11,15)と、
・前記横方向スライド(15)に沿ってモータを使用する垂直方向スライドにより垂直なZ座標軸方向に移動可能であり、一体化された工作主軸(19)を持つ機械加工ユニット(18)と、
・前記機械フレーム(5)の前記左右の側壁(6,7)の前方において、前記基礎構造(1,2)上に配置されるワークピーステーブル装置(20)と、
を備えるプログラム制御式工作機械であって、
・前記基礎構造(1,2)は、前記機械フレーム(5)に取り付けられ、
・前記ワークピーステーブル装置(20)は、前記平坦な基部(1)の前記前部に配置され、回転テーブル(30)を備え、
・前記横方向スライド(15)は、Y方向における前記回転テーブル(30)の直径と等しいY座標軸方向の長さを有し、
・前記横方向スライド(15)は、両側面視及び上面視で台形の形状を有し、前記機械加工ユニット(18)の前記垂直方向スライド(17)は、前記横方向スライド(15)における前方幅狭部上のガイド(16)に沿って案内される
ことを特徴とするプログラム制御された工作機械。 - 前記機械フレーム(5)の左右一方の前記側壁(6)は、左右他方の前記側壁(7)よりも前方が短いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 前記ワークピーステーブル装置(20)は旋回・回転テーブル(25,30)と、前記機械フレーム(5)の前記左右の側壁(6,7)の前端(6a,7a)の前方において、前記基礎構造(1,2)の前記平坦な基部(1)に取り付けられる左右の軸受ブロック(21,22)と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の工作機械。
- 前記機械フレーム(5)の左右一方の前記側壁(6)及び前記基部(1)の前記側壁(2)に隣接する左右一方の前記軸受ブロック(21)は、前記旋回・回転テーブル(25)の一方の旋回軸(24)用の軸受のみを有し、他方の旋回軸(26)用の軸受に加えて、前記回転テーブル(30)の旋回動作用の駆動手段(23)が、前記左右の軸受ブロック(21,22)の共通軸において前記左右一方の軸受ブロック(21)と反対側に設けられた、左右他方の前記軸受ブロック(22)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の工作機械。
- 前記基部(1)の前記側壁(2)は、左右他方の前記軸受ブロック(22)の下部の側部領域から前記基部(1)の前面を経由して左右一方の前記側壁(6)の下部の側部領域へと延びることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の工作機械。
- 前記機械フレーム(5)前面の後壁における空洞(13)の上方の横桁(8)により、前記機械フレーム(5)の前記左右の側壁(6,7)はそれら左右の側壁(6,7)の前部領域でお互いに接続されて一体構造を形成し、前記左右の側壁(6,7)の前端(6a,7a)は、上方が後側に傾いた表面を持つことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
