Abstract
Description
全ての化学物質は、ウィスコンシン州、ミルウォーキー所在のSigma-Aldrich社から得た。モノマーのいくつかは、Dajac、Sartomer、American Dye Sources Inc.、またはPolymer Sciencesから得た。全てのモノマーおよび化学物質は、さらに精製せずに、そのまま使用した。
実施例1から10について与えられた質量パーセントで表された表1に列記されたモノマーを組み合わせることによって、モノマー混合物を製造した。一般に、混合物は、架橋性モノマーを誘電増強モノマーに加え、次いで、疎水性モノマーを加えることによって形成した。
200mgのヘキサフルオロビスフェノールAジメタクリレート粉末(Dajac、カタログ番号9386)(14質量%)を0.6mlのアセトン中に溶解させ、0.2mlのメタクリル酸ペンタフルオロベンジル(Dajac、カタログ番号8988(14質量%))と組み合わせた。この混合物を、約30分間に亘りまたは完全に混ざるまで、40℃におだやかに加熱した。次いで、上述した混合物に0.2mlのジペンタエリトリトールペンタ/ヘキサアクリレート(Sigma-Aldrich、407283)(16質量%)を加え、混ざるまでおだやかに撹拌した。次に、0.2mlのメタクリル酸フルフリル(14質量%)を組み合わせ、混ざるまで撹拌した。次いで、0.6mlのアクリル酸2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9−ヘキサデカフルオロノニル(Sigma-Aldrich、424266(42質量%))を加えた。次いで、0.15mlのN−メチルピロリドン(NMP)中の40mgのIgracur 818の溶液を加え、混合物中に溶解させた。最終的な溶液は、透明で琥珀色がかった色を有していた。
先の実施例10を、ポリアニリン粉末(ポリアニリンを含まない全組成物の質量に基づいて6質量%)を加えることによって変更した。溶液を、先の実施例1におけるように被覆し、硬化させた。次いで、膜の比誘電率を実施例1におけるように測定し、7であることが分かった。
Claims (7)
- 組成物において、
少なくとも1種類の架橋性モノマー、
少なくとも1種類の疎水性モノマー、および
誘電増強モノマー、強誘電性粒子、電気活性ポリマーおよびそれらの組合せからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種類の比誘電率増強剤、
を含む組成物。 - 前記少なくとも1種類の架橋性モノマーが、アクリレートモノマー、イミドモノマー、ウレタンモノマー、無機モノマー、またはそれらの組合せを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の架橋性モノマーが、三官能性、四官能性、五官能性、または六官能性モノマーであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の架橋性モノマーが、エトキシル化アクリレートモノマーであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の架橋性モノマーが、エトキシル化(15)トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート、エトキシル化(5)トリメチロールプロパンテトラアクリレート、ジペンタエリトリトールペンタアクリレート、ジペンタエリトリトールヘキサアクリレート、またはそれらの組合せであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組成物。
- ヘキサフルオロビスフェノールAジメタクリレート;1H,1H,6H,6H−オクタフルオロ−1,6−ヘキサンジオールジメタクリレート;1H,1H,5H,5H−ヘキサフルオロ−1,4−ペンタンジオールジメタクリレート;ペンタエリトリトールジアクリレートモノステアレート、およびそれらの組合せからなる群より選択される第2の疎水性モノマーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の組成物。
- 少なくとも約2.4の基電子陰性を有する誘電増強モノマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の組成物。
