Description
Solvent and Process Testing」(1983年4月)と題されたEPRI-2976及び「Steam Generator Chemical Cleaning Process Development」(1983年4月)と題されたEPRI NP-3009を含む複数の報告書に記録されている。

ここで、Tmixは時間単位で表された混合時間であり、Qはcfmで表された流量である。30 cfm(毎分0.85 m3)の流れは、6分間の混合時間に対応する。この6分間の混合時間は、大部分の化学洗浄処理にとって十分な時間である。
Claims (19)
- 作動流体を熱交換器の二次側から通路貫通孔を露出させるまで除去する工程と、
前記露出した通路貫通孔に直接蒸気注入用に構成された一時アダプタを設置する工程と、
前記一時アダプタを介して前記熱交換器の二次側に蒸気を注入し、前記注入された蒸気が前記熱交換器及び残留液体を目標洗浄温度範囲に加熱する工程と、
前記熱交換器及び前記残留液体を洗浄期間において前記洗浄目標温度範囲に維持する工程と、
を備える熱交換器の二次側から沈着物及び不純物を除去する方法。 - 前記残留液体が、作動流体、化学洗浄化合物、化学洗浄溶剤、化学洗浄溶剤、水及びこれらの混合物から成る群より選択された成分を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記残留液体内で気体スパージングを引き起こすために十分な流速で気体を前記残留液体に注入する工程をさらに備え、前記気体が蒸気、非凝縮性気体及びこれらの混合物から成る群より選択される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記気体が、容器ブローダウンシステム及び前記一時アダプタから成る群より選択された注入口を介して前記残留液体に注入される請求項2に記載の方法。
- 所定量の水を前記熱交換器の二次側に導入する工程、及び、所定量の化学洗浄試薬を前記水に導入して熱交換器の二次側で洗浄溶剤を形成する工程、をさらに備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄期間内に前記化学洗浄試薬を追加量を導入する工程をさらに含む請求項5に記載の方法。
- 導入された前記所定量の水が選択されることにより、凝縮された蒸気及び前記化学洗浄試薬の追加が二次側における所定量を超過しない請求項5に記載の方法。
- 蒸気注入速度を制御して前記残留液体内における所定の加熱プロファイルを生成する工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記蒸気が飽和蒸気、過熱蒸気及びこれらの混合物から成る群より選択される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記注入された蒸気温度及び蒸気圧を制御して、洗浄期間において前記熱交換器内の流体静水頭圧範囲の変動を補償する工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 非凝縮性気体を前記蒸気を混合することにより、熱交換器の二次側に注入するための混合気体流を生成する工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非凝縮性気体が0.01%〜3%の前記混合気体流を含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記化学洗浄溶剤が、キレート剤、錯体形成剤、還元剤及びこれらの混合物から成る群より選択される洗浄化学試薬を含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記錯体形成剤がEDTA、NTA、有機酸及びこれらの混合物から成る群より選択される請求項13に記載の方法。
- 第1の既存の通路貫通孔に一時的に設置されるように構成され、
前記通路貫通孔と結合するように構成されたフランジと、
前記通路貫通孔に前記アダプタを固定する手段と、
前記通路貫通孔を通じて流体を導入又は除去する導管と、
熱交換器の二次側に設けられた開口部と
を備える第1のアダプタと、
前記導管に接続するように構成された蒸気源と、
前記アダプタを通じた熱交換器の二次側への前記蒸気注入を制御するように構成された制御部と、
を備える熱交換器の二次側から沈着物及び不純物を除去するシステム - 前記排出口が一つの排出装置として構成される請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記排出口が複数の排出装置として構成される請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記排出口が、調整型直接蒸気ノズル、スパージャー、排出装置、及びこれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される請求項15に記載のシステム
- 第2の既存の通路貫通孔に一時的に設置されるように構成された第2のアダプタをさらに備え、
前記第1及び第2のアダプタは、熱交換器の二次側における流体の流れを前記第1のアダプタから前記第2のアダプタに誘導するように構成された請求項15に記載のシステム。
