Description
Claims (25)
- エンジンを含む駆動部分を備え、かつ変速機と前記変速機をホイールセットに連結するドライブシャフトとを含む被駆動部分を備える駆動系を有する車両で用いられ、前記駆動系の前記駆動部分が前記被駆動部分に切離し可能に結合される、制動エネルギー回収システムであって、
可変容量油圧ポンプである、前記駆動系の前記被駆動部分に結合された第1ポンプと、
前記第1ポンプから油圧流体を受け取るように連結された油圧アキュムレータであって、圧力下で油圧流体を蓄積するように作動するアキュムレータと、
前記アキュムレータから油圧流体を受け取るように連結された油圧モータであって、互いに独立して回転することができるように、前記駆動系の前記被駆動部分から隔離されている油圧モータと、
を具備する制動エネルギー回収システム。 - 前記油圧モータが前記駆動系の前記駆動部分に結合されている、請求項1に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記駆動系の前記駆動部分がパワーテイクオフを有し、前記油圧モータが前記パワーテイクオフに結合されている、請求項2に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記車両がまた、補助油圧システムと、前記補助油圧システムに動力を供給するように用いられる第2油圧ポンプとを有し、前記第2油圧ポンプが前記駆動系の前記駆動部分に結合されている、請求項2または3に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記補助油圧システムに動力を供給するように用いられる前記第2油圧ポンプを、前記駆動系の前記駆動部分によって動作させることができ、かつ前記油圧モータによっても動作させることができる、請求項4に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記油圧モータが、前記駆動系の前記駆動部分を介して前記第2ポンプを動作させるように適合された、請求項5に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記油圧モータが、前記エンジンを回転させるようにトルクを与えるように適合された、請求項2、3または6のいずれか一項に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記油圧モータが、前記駆動系の前記駆動部分が前記被駆動部分から切り離された時に、前記エンジンをアイドル回転数で回転させるように適合された、請求項7に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記油圧モータが、前記駆動系から独立して回転することができるように、前記駆動系の前記駆動部分から、かつ前記被駆動部分から隔離されている、請求項1に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記車両がまた、補助油圧システムと、前記補助油圧システムに動力を供給することができる第2油圧ポンプとを有し、前記第2油圧ポンプが前記駆動系の前記駆動部分に結合されている、請求項9に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記補助油圧システムに動力を供給することができる第3油圧ポンプをさらに具備し、前記油圧モータが、前記第3油圧ポンプを、前記補助油圧システムに動力を供給するように動作させるように適合された、請求項10に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記第1ポンプを前記ドライブシャフトに選択的に係合させるクラッチをさらに具備する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記ドライブシャフトと前記第1ポンプとの間にギアボックスをさらに具備する、請求項12に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記ギアボックスが前記クラッチを前記第1ポンプに連結する、請求項13に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 制動要求を検出し、前記制動要求に従って前記第1ポンプの押しのけ容積を調整するように作動するコントローラをさらに具備する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記コントローラが、前記アキュムレータの蓄積可能性に従って前記第1ポンプの前記押しのけ容積を調整するようにさらに作動する、請求項15に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記車両が補助油圧システムも有し、前記コントローラが、前記補助油圧システムからのエネルギー要求を検出し、前記エネルギー要求に従って前記油圧モータの押しのけ容積を調整するようにさらに作動する、請求項15または16に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記油圧モータが前記駆動系の前記駆動部分に結合され、前記コントローラが、前記エンジンを回転させることができるトルクをもたらすように前記油圧モータの押しのけ容積を調節するように動作可能である、請求項15〜17のいずれか一項に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記車両が基礎制動システムも有し、前記コントローラが、前記制動要求に従って前記基礎制動システムの制動力を起動させかつ調整するように作動する、請求項15〜18のいずれか一項に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記第1ポンプの最大押しのけ容積が、前記油圧モータの押しのけ容積と著しく異なる、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記油圧モータが可変容量油圧モータである、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 既存の車両に後付けされる、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記変速機が複数の固定ギア比を有する、請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 前記第1ポンプが油圧モータとして動作不能である、請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載の制動エネルギー回収システム。
- 請求項1〜24のいずれか一項に記載の制動エネルギー回収システムを装備する車両。
