Description
a)接合部品を加工物の表面の上に軸方向に下降させ、
b)接合部分が少なくとも部分的に溶融するように、金属部分を加熱し、
c)金属部分の加熱を終了し、接合部品が、加工物の表面と圧力嵌め結合部、インターロック結合部、及び/又は一体の結合部を形成するようにする、ステップを含み、
接合部品は、いずれの対向する支持もなしに、接合部品を加工物の表面に接合できるように、少なくとも金属部分の加熱中、加工物に対して力調整及び/又は位置調整された状態で保持される、方法によって達成され、ここで、対向する支持とは、接合区域の背後の、加工物の後側上の支持を意味すると理解することができる。
a)接合部品を保持することができ、接合部品を加工物の表面の上に軸方向(A)に移動させるように設計された接合工具と、
b)接合部品の金属部分を加熱するための加熱装置と
を有する、上述の接合方法を実行するのに特に適した接合装置によって達成される。
本発明の例示的な実施形態は、以下の説明に詳細に示され、図面に示される。

Claims (27)
- 熱可塑性接合部分(16、17)と、加熱することができる金属部分(18)とを有するハイブリッド型接合部品(10)を加工物(12)に軸方向に接合する方法(80)であって、
a)前記接合部品(10)を前記加工物(12)の表面の上に軸方向に下降させ、
b)前記接合部分(16、17)が少なくとも部分的に溶融するように、前記金属部分(18)を加熱し、
c)前記金属部分(18)の加熱を終了し、前記接合部品(10)が、前記加工物(12)の前記表面と圧力嵌め結合部、インターロック結合部、及び/又は一体の結合部を形成するようにする、
ステップを含み、
前記接合部品(10)は、いずれの対向する支持もなしに、前記接合部品(10)を前記加工物(12)の前記表面に接合できるように、少なくとも前記金属部分(18)の加熱中、該加工物(12)に対して力調整及び/又は位置調整された状態で保持されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記加工物(12)は、軸方向(A)に弾性的に変形可能であり、前記接合部品(10)は、前記金属部分(18)が加熱される前に該加工物(12)の前記表面の上に下降され、該加工物(12)が軸方向に変形されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 変形されていない状態における前記加工物(12)の前記表面の軸方向位置を判断するために、該表面への下降の開始時に又はその過程で、ゼロ点が判断されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記接合方法(80)の間、前記接合部品(10)を保持する接合工具(20)上に配置された距離センサ(53)により、前記ゼロ点(s0)が判断されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記接合部品(10)の軸方向の下降に必要な力(iL)の変化により、前記ゼロ点(s0)が判断されることを特徴とする、請求項3又は請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記ゼロ点を判断する際に、前記加工物(12)の弾性を含ませることを特徴とする、請求項3から請求項5までの1項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属部分(18)が加熱される前、前記接合部品(10)は、前記加工物(12)が弾性的に変形される所定の初期接合位置(s4)に移動されることを特徴とする、請求項2から請求項6までの1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ゼロ点を判断する間、前記初期接合位置(s4)は、該ゼロ点(s0)と前記加工物(12)の変形(s2)との間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも前記金属部分(18)の加熱セクション中、前記接合部品(10)と前記加工物(12)との間の相対位置(70)は、ターゲット位置において調整されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項8までの1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも前記金属部分(18)の加熱セクション中、前記接合部品(10)と前記加工物(12)との間の前記相対位置(70)は、前記接合部品(10)を前記加工物(12)の上に押し付けるターゲット力への調整により設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項9までの1項に記載の方法。
- 前記接合部品(10)と前記加工物(12)との間の前記相対位置(70)が予め設定された最大相対位置に達したとき、前記力調整が位置調整に変換されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記加工物(12)は熱可塑性材料から生成され、前記金属部分(18)が加熱され、前記接合部品(10)の前記接合部分(16、17)及び該加工物(12)の表面部分が溶融することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項11までの1項に記載の方法。
- 前記接合部品(10)は、前記金属要素(18)が統合されるフランジ部分(16)を備えた熱可塑性ベース本体(11)を有し、前記接合方法(80)は、該金属要素(18)が、完成した接合部(60)において熱可塑性材料により完全に囲まれるように実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項12までの1項に記載の方法。
- 前記接合部品(10)は、前記金属要素(18)が統合されるフランジ部分(16)を備えた熱可塑性ベース本体(11)を有し、該金属部分(18)は、前記フランジ部分(16)のリム(17)により囲まれ、前記接合方法(80)は、前記リム(17)が溶融するように実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項13までの1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも前記金属部分(18)の加熱中、前記接合区域の温度が測定され、このように測定された温度は、前記接合方法(80)の制御に含められることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項14までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記接合区域のリム領域内に形成され、かつ、熱可塑性材料から成るビード(62)の形状が監視され、このように測定された前記形状は、前記接合方法(80)の制御に含められることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項15までの1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から請求項16までの1項に記載の、特に前記接合方法(80)を実行するための接合装置(8)であって、
a)接合部品(10)を保持することができ、前記接合部品(10)を加工物(12)の表面の上に軸方向(A)に移動させるように設計された接合工具(20)と、
b)前記接合部品(10)の金属部分(18)を加熱するための加熱装置(40)と、
を有することを特徴とする接合装置。 - 前記加熱装置(40)は、コイル(90)と、スリーブ部分(94)をもつフェライト磁心(92)とを備えた誘導加熱装置を有し、前記接合部品(10)の保持部分(14)が該スリーブ部分(94)により囲まれるように、該接合部品(10)を前記接合工具(20)上に保持できることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の接合装置。
- 前記スリーブ部分(94)は、真空保持力を前記接合部品(10)の前記保持部分(14)上にかけるように設計された真空保持装置(38)に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の接合装置。
- 前記接合工具(20)は、前記接合区域の温度を測定するように設計された関連付けられた温度センサ(50)を有することを特徴とする、請求項18又は請求項19に記載の接合装置。
- 前記温度センサ(50)は、前記スリーブ部分(94)上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項18又は請求項20に記載の接合装置。
- 前記加熱装置(40)と前記接合部品(10)を保持するための保持装置(38)は、前記接合工具(20)のハウジング(30)に対して、リニア駆動装置(34)により移動させることができるキャリッジ(32)上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項18から請求項21までの1項に記載の接合装置。
- 前記キャリッジ(32)の位置を検出するための位置センサ(44)を有することを特徴とする、請求項22に記載の接合装置。
- 前記接合部品(10)を前記加工物(12)の上に押し付ける力を検出するための力センサ(46)を有することを特徴とする、請求項17から請求項23までの1項に記載の接合装置。
- 空間における前記接合工具(20)の配向を検出するための方位センサ(48)を有することを特徴とする、請求項17から請求項24までの1項に記載の接合装置。
- 前記接合工具(20)は、前記加工物(12)への移動前又は移動中、前記接合部品(10)を前記長手方向軸(A)の周りの所定の回転位置に位置合わせすることができる回転アクチュエータ(56)を有することを特徴とする、請求項17から請求項25までの1項に記載の接合装置。
- 前記接合工具(20)及び/又は前記加熱装置は、上位制御ユニット(26)に伝送することができる識別コードのためのストアを有することを特徴とする、請求項17から請求項26までの1項に記載の接合装置。
