Abstract
【解決手段】金属板40をプラスティック構成部品30に取付けるとともに、そのプラスティック構成部品の取付け板38に、金属材料を含有する脚部42を取付ける。このプラスティック構成部品38は、中空プラスティック容器20の内側の壁34に向けて、電磁石50によって引き寄せられる。この状態において、誘導コイル56を励磁して、脚部42の金属材料を発熱させる。この発熱により、脚部42が溶融して溶接材料44となり、プラスティック構成部品30が中空プラスティック容器20の内側の壁34に溶接される。

Claims (19)
- 溶融可能な材料を含む構成部品を中空容器の中に位置決めし、
前記構成部品を磁石に引き寄せるために、前記構成部品の近傍であって前記中空容器の外部に当該磁石を位置させ、
前記構成部品の近傍であって前記中空容器の外部に誘導コイルを位置させ、そして、
誘導コイルの励磁により前記溶融可能な材料を前記容器に溶融させるために、前記誘導コイルを励磁することを特徴とする溶接方法。 - 前記構成部品は、前記中空容器の内壁に対して位置決めされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記構成部品は、前記磁石に引寄せられる金属部材を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記磁石は、電磁石であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記構成部品は、プラスティック材料から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記中空容器は、プラスティック材料から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記構成部品を前記中空容器の中に位置決めする際、当該構成部品を前記中空容器の壁に位置決めすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接方法。
- 誘導溶接可能なプラスティック材料を使用して、中空プラスティック容器の壁部に、プラスティック構成部品を溶接する方法であって、
前記プラスティック構成部品に金属板を取付ける工程、
前記プラスティック構成部品に溶接可能なプラスティック材料を設ける工程、
前記中空プラスティック容器の壁部に形成された開口部を通して、前記中空プラスティック容器の外部からその内部に、前記プラスティック構成部品を挿入する工程、
前記中空プラスティック容器の内壁に対して、前記プラスティック構成部品を位置決めする工程、
前記中空容器の内部に位置決めされた前記プラスティック構成部品と反対側に位置するように、電磁石を前記中空プラスティック容器の外側に位置決めする工程、
誘導コイルが前記電磁石を取囲むように、当該電磁石に対して誘導コイルを位置決めする工程、
前記プラスティック構成部品の金属板を、前記中空プラスティック容器の壁部に向けて吸引するように、前記電磁石を励磁する工程、および
前記誘導溶接可能なプラスティック材料を溶融させて前記プラスティック構成部品と前記中空プラスティック容器の壁部とを溶接するように、前記誘導コイルを励磁する工程とを備える溶接方法。 - 前記電磁石の励磁を、前記プラスティック構成部品と前記中空プラスティック容器が室温になるまで、継続することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記誘導溶接可能なプラスティック材料は、前記プラスティック構成部品に等間隔に複数配設されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記誘導溶接可能なプラスティック材料は、前記プラスティック構成部品に別部材として取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記誘導溶接可能なプラスティック材料は、金属粒子もしくは金属繊維を有していることを特徴とする請求項8乃至請求項11のいずれかに記載の溶接方法。
- 第1のプラスティック部品と第2のプラスティック部品とを溶接する方法であって、
前記第1のプラスティック部品は、プラスティック材料に金属材料を含有させた溶融部を有し、
前記第1のプラスティック部品の溶融部を前記第2のプラスティック部品の一方の面に当接させた状態で、前記第2のプラスティック部品の他方の面側に配置された誘導コイルを励磁することによって、前記溶融部を発熱させて溶融して、前記第1のプラスティック部品と前記第2のプラスティック部品とを溶接することを特徴とする溶接方法。 - 前記第2のプラスティック部品の他方の面側に磁石を配置し、当該磁石によって前記第1のプラスティック部品を吸引することによって、前記第1のプラスティック部品の溶融部を前記第2のプラスティック部品の一方の面に当接させた状態に保持することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記磁石による磁力は、前記第1のプラスティック部品の溶融部に含有された金属材料に作用して、前記第1のプラスティック部品を吸引することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記第1のプラスティック部品は、前記磁石による磁力が作用する金属部品を、前記溶融部の金属材料とは別に有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記金属部品は、前記第1のプラスティック材料の中心軸と同軸上に中心軸を有するように、前記第1のプラスティック材料に設けられることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記溶融部は、前記第1のプラスティック部品において、前記第2のプラスティック部品の一方の面に対向する対向面から略同じ高さだけ突出するように複数設けられることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記複数の溶融部は、前記金属部品を中心として、その周りに等間隔に配置されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の溶接方法。
