本出願は、2008年10月1日に出願された欧州特許出願第08382039.9号の優先権を主張する。

Claims (15)
- 第一成分と第二成分とのブレンドを含むフィルムであって、前記第一成分が、線状の低密度ポリエチレンを含み、
前記第二成分が、プロピレンをベースとするポリマー、プロピレンホモポリマー、プロピレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマー、プロピレン/エチレンインターポリマー、高密度ポリエチレン、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される部材を含み、前記フィルムが、約1ミクロンから約100ミクロンの厚さを有するフィルム。 - ASTM D3985−05に従って測定して、10,800cc/m2/24時間未満の酸素透過度を有する、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記線状低密度ポリエチレンが、約0.91g/ccから約0.93g/cc、または約0.92g/ccの密度、約0.1g/10分から約10g/10分、または約1.0g/10分のメルトインデックス、および約40%から約50%、または約47%の結晶化度を有するエチレン/オクテンコポリマーである、請求項1から2のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- ISO7765−1−88Aに従って測定して、約100gから約300gのダート衝撃強さを有する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 約60重量%から約99重量%の前記第一成分および約40重量%から約1重量%の前記第二成分を含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 約90重量%の前記第一成分および約10重量%の前記第二成分を含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 第一の外層と第二の外層との間に位置する内層を含む多層フィルムであって、前記内層が、高密度ポリエチレン、プロピレンホモポリマー、プロピレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマー、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される成分を含み、
前記第一の外層および前記第二の外層が、同じか異なるものであり、それぞれの外層が、線状低密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、プロピレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマー、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される成分を含み、少なくとも1つの外層の厚さが、前記内層の厚さより大きい多層フィルム。 - それぞれの前記外層の厚さが、前記内層の厚さより大きい、請求項7に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記内層が、前記フィルムの全体の厚さの約20%以下の厚さを有する、請求項7から8のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
- ASTM D3985−05に従って測定して、約10,800cc/m2/24時間未満の酸素透過度を有する、請求項7から9のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
- 少なくとも1つの外層が、約90重量%の線状低密度ポリエチレンおよび約10重量%の、プロピレンホモポリマー、高密度ポリエチレンおよびプロピレン/エチレンインターポリマーからなる群から選択される部材を含む、請求項7から10のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
- ベールサイレージを製造する方法であって、
飼料作物のベールの周りにラッピングフィルムを巻き付けるステップと、
前記ラッピングフィルムにより前記ベールの周りに気密性のバリヤーを形成するステップと、
前記バリヤーにより酸素の前記ベールへの接触を10,800cc/m2/24時間未満に抑えるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記ラッピングフィルムが、第一成分と第二成分とのブレンドを含む単層フィルムであり、前記第一成分が、線状低密度ポリエチレンを含み、前記第二成分が、プロピレンホモポリマー、プロピレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマー、プロピレン/エチレンインターポリマー、高密度ポリエチレン、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される部材を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ラッピングフィルムが、第一の外層と第二の外層との間に位置する内層を含む多層フィルムであり、前記内層が、高密度ポリエチレン、プロピレンホモポリマー、プロピレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマー、プロピレン/エチレンインターポリマーおよびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される成分を含み、前記第一の外層および前記第二の外層が、同じものか異なるものであり、線状低密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、プロピレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマー、プロピレン/エチレンインターポリマーおよびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される成分を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ラッピングの間に前記ラッピングフィルムをストレッチするステップを含む、請求項12から14のいずれかに記載の方法。
