Abstract
Description
本発明は、ポリスチレン系共重合体及びエチレンビニルアセテート系共重合体を含み、前記エチレンビニルアセテート系共重合体はビニルアセテートの含量が50重量%以上であるシート組成物を提供する。
1)裏紙シート、中紙シート、及び前記本発明によるシート組成物から製造されたシートを用意する段階と、
2)前記裏紙シート、中紙シート、及び前記本発明によるシート組成物から製造されたシートを予熱した後、順次積層して積層シートを製造する段階と、
3)前記積層シートを加熱する段階と、
4)前記加熱された積層シートのシート表面をエンボス処理する段階と、
5)前記エンボス処理されたシートを冷却した後、電子線処理する段階とを含むことができる。
1)裏紙シート、中紙シート及び前記本発明によるエンボス処理されたシートを用意する段階と、
2)前記裏紙シート、中紙シート及び前記本発明によるエンボス処理されたシートを予熱した後、順次積層して積層シートを製造する段階とを含むことができる。
実施例1及び2、並びに比較例1及び2
下記表1に示したポリスチレン系共重合体及びエチレンビニルアセテート系共重合体を含有した原料をそれぞれ用いて、カレンダリング(CALENDERING)で0.40mm厚みのシートを製造した。ROLL温度を下記表2に示したデータに調整した。
実施例3乃至6、及び比較例3
積層シート製造のための中紙シート及び裏紙シートを下記表3の熱可塑性樹脂組成物の組成A及びBからカレンダリングで製造した。中紙シートは0.5mm、裏紙シートは0.3mmの厚みで製造した。
Claims (24)
- ポリスチレン系共重合体及びエチレンビニルアセテート系共重合体を含み、前記エチレンビニルアセテート系共重合体におけるビニルアセテートの含有量が50重量%以上である、シート組成物。
- 前記ポリスチレン系共重合体が、
SEBS(スチレン−(エチレン/ブチレン)−スチレンブロック共重合体)、
CEBC(結晶性ブロック−(エチレン/ブチレン)-結晶性ブロック共重合体)、
HSBR(水素化スチレンブタジエンゴム)、SBS、
SEBC(スチレン−(エチレン/ブチレン)−結晶性ブロック共重合体)、
SEEPS(ポリスチレン−ブロック−ポリ(エチレン−エチレン/プロピレン)−ブロックポリスチレン)、
SEEPS-OH(ポリスチレン−ブロック−ポリ(エチレン-エチレン/プロピレン)−ブロック−ヒドロキシル−ポリスチレン、SEP(ポリスチレン−ブロック−ポリ(エチレン/プロピレン))、
SEPS(ポリスチレン−ブロック−ポリ(エチレン/プロピレン)−ブロック−ポリスチレン)からなる群から選択された1種以上である、請求項1に記載のシート組成物。 - 前記ポリスチレン系共重合体の重量平均分子量が50,000〜300,000である、請求項1に記載のシート組成物。
- 前記エチレンビニルアセテート系共重合体の重量平均分子量が100,000乃至400,000である、請求項1に記載のシート組成物。
- 前記シート組成物は、ポリスチレン系共重合体とエチレンビニルアセテート系共重合体を1:9乃至9:1の重量比で含むものである、請求項1に記載のシート組成物。
- 前記シート組成物は、難燃剤、耐光安定剤、紫外線吸収剤、酸化防止剤、架橋剤、顔料、及び滑剤からなる群から選択された1種以上をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシート組成物。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項のシート組成物から製造されたシート。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項のシート組成物から製造され、表面がエンボス処理された、エンボス処理されたシート。
- 前記エンボス処理されたシートの密度が0.7乃至1.3g/cm3である、請求項8に記載のエンボス処理されたシート。
- 前記エンボス処理されたシートが10乃至200kGreyの電子線で電子線処理されたものである、請求項8に記載のエンボス処理されたシート。
- 前記エンボス処理されたシートの表面に表面コーティング層をさらに含む、請求項8に記載のエンボス処理されたシート。
- 1)請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項のシート組成物から製造されたシートを加熱する段階と、
2)前記加熱されたシートの表面をエンボス処理する段階と、
3)前記エンボス処理されたシートを冷却した後、電子線架橋処理する段階とを含む、エンボス処理されたシートの製造方法。 - 1)裏紙シート、中紙シート、及び請求項7のシートを用意する段階と、
2)前記裏紙シート、前記中紙シート、及び前記請求項7のシートを予熱した後、積層して積層シートを製造する段階と、
3)前記積層シートを加熱する段階と、
4)前記加熱された積層シートのうち、前記請求項7のシートの表面をエンボス処理する段階と、
5)前記エンボス処理されたシートを冷却した後、電子線架橋処理する段階とを含む、積層シートの製造方法。 - 1)裏紙シート、中紙シート、及び請求項8のエンボス処理されたシートを用意する段階と、
2)前記裏紙シート、中紙シート、及び前記エンボス処理されたシートを予熱した後、順次積層する段階とを含む、積層シートの製造方法。 - 熱可塑性樹脂を含む裏紙シート、中紙シート、及び請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項のシート組成物から製造されたシートが順次積層され、前記シート組成物から製造されたシートの表面がエンボス処理されたことを特徴とする、積層シート。
- 前記エンボス処理が、積層工程以前、又は以後に、前記シート組成物から製造されたシート表面に行われることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の積層シート。
- 前記裏紙シート及び中紙シートが、熱可塑性樹脂を含む樹脂組成物から製造されるものである請求項15に記載の積層シート。
- 前記樹脂組成物が、ポリスチレン系共重合体及びエチレンビニルアセテート系共重合体のうち、少なくとも一つをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の積層シート。
- 前記表面にエンボス処理されたシートの密度が0.7乃至1.3g/cm3である、請求項15に記載の積層シート。
- 前記積層シートが10乃至200kGreyの電子線で電子線処理されたものである、請求項15に記載の積層シート。
- 前記積層シートのエンボス処理されたシートの表面に形成された表面コーティング層をさらに含む、請求項15に記載の積層シート。
- 基材層、プライマー層、請求項15の積層シート、表面プライマー層、及び表面コーティング層が順次積層された複合体シート。
- 前記表面コーティング層がポリウレタンからなるものである、請求項22に記載の複合体シート。
- 前記プライマー層及び表面プライマー層が、CPP(塩素化ポリプロピレン)、CPO(塩素化ポリオレフィン)、又はPU(ポリウレタン)樹脂からなる群から選択された1種以上を使用する請求項22に記載の複合体シート。
