Abstract
【解決手段】基板2に積層された樹脂層3Aを有する複合型回折光学素子を成形する。そののち、冷却噴射ノズル15による基板2の非成形面を外周部から中心に向かう一方向に温度勾配を設けるように冷却を開始し、さらに前記一方向に冷却範囲を広げて前記基板2を冷却する。これにより、離型を外周部から回折格子の中心を通って反対側外周部まで一方向に進ませて回折格子型5から前記樹脂層3Aを離型する。

Claims (3)
- 同心円状に複数の回折格子を有している回折格子型と基板との間に硬化性樹脂を吐出して挟み込んで充填し、充填した前記硬化性樹脂を硬化させて樹脂層が前記基板に積層された複合型回折光学素子を成形したのち、前記回折格子型から離型する複合型回折光学素子の製造方法において、
前記離型は、前記基板の非成形面を外周から中心に向かう一方向に温度勾配を設けるように冷却を開始し、さらに前記一方向に冷却範囲を広げて前記基板を冷却する工程を経ることで、離型を前記基板の外周部から前記回折格子の中心を通って反対側の外周部まで一方向に進ませることを特徴とする複合型回折光学素子の製造方法。 - 同心円状に複数の回折格子を有している回折格子型と基板との間に硬化性樹脂を吐出して挟み込んで充填し、充填した前記硬化性樹脂を硬化させて樹脂層が前記基板に積層された複合型回折光学素子を成形したのち、前記回折格子型から離型する複合型回折光学素子の製造方法において、
前記離型は、前記基板の非成形面を外周から中心に向かう一方向に温度勾配を設けるように冷却を開始し、さらに前記一方向に冷却範囲を広げて行き、
離型が外周部から中心部の回折格子を超えた位置で冷却を停止し、未離型部に対して離型ピンを用いて前記基板を前記回折格子型から離れる方向に押し上げて前記回折格子型から前記樹脂層を離型することを特徴とする複合型回折光学素子の製造方法。 - 離型するときに、前記回折格子型を加熱することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の複合型回折光学素子の製造方法。
