Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のバッテリアセンブリはバッテリ端子に取り外し可能に接続される形状のハウジングを含む。ハウジングはモジュール式バッテリを含み、バッテリは端子において手術用装置へと電力を供給するように動作可能であり、ハウジングは、マイクロプロセッサ、メモリおよびリアルタイムクロックを有する制御回路を有する。制御回路は、バッテリに通信可能に連結され、手術用装置の識別情報を検出することと、検出された識別情報に基づいて手術用装置の動作パラメータのうち少なくとも1つに関する少なくとも1つの情報を決定することと、情報を少なくとも前記メモリ内に保存することと、情報に基づいてバッテリから手術用装置への電力供給を選択的に可能化または不可能かすることを行うように動作可能である。

- バッテリ端子および動作パラメータを有する手術用装置のためのバッテリアセンブリであって、

前記バッテリ端子に取り外し可能に接続するように形成された外形を有し、
前記バッテリ端子において前記手術用装置に電力を供給するように動作可能な少なくとも1つのモジュール式バッテリを含み、
少なくとも1つのマイクロプロセッサ、メモリおよびリアルタイムクロックを含む制御回路を有し、
前記制御回路は、
前記少なくとも1つのモジュール式バッテリに通信可能に連結され、
前記手術用装置の識別情報を検出するように動作可能であり、
前記検出された識別情報に基づいて、前記手術用装置の前記動作パラメータのうち少なくとも1つに関する少なくとも1つの情報を決定するように動作可能であり、
少なくとも前記メモリ中の前記少なくとも1つの情報を記録するように動作可能であり、
前記少なくとも1つの情報に基づいて、前記少なくとも1つのモジュール式バッテリによる前記手術用装置への電力供給を選択的に可能化または不可能化するように動作可能である、バッテリアセンブリ。 - 前記手術用装置は、超音波ガイドと、コードレスの超音波運動生成アセンブリと、手術用ハンドルとを備え、
前記コードレスの超音波運動生成アセンブリは、
前記導波管が出力連結部へと接続された際に超音波運動を前記超音波ガイドに付与するように動作可能な前記出力連結部と、
固定用コネクタと、

前記手術用ハンドルは、

発振器出力を有する駆動波生成回路と、
前記発振器出力に通信可能に連結された振動子と、
を含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの情報は、前記手術用装置のうち少なくとも1つの部分が実際に使用された回数である、請求項1に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記制御回路は、前記手術用装置の前記少なくとも1つの部分が実際に使用された合計回数を記録するように動作可能である、請求項4に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記制御回路は、前記記録された実際の合計使用回数が少なくとも事前規定された実際の最大使用回数となった場合に、前記少なくとも1つのモジュール式バッテリから前記手術用装置への電力供給を回避するように動作することが可能である、請求項5に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記制御回路は、
前記少なくとも1つの部分が最後に実際に使用されてから経過した時間を前記リアルタイムクロックによって決定することと、
前記決定された経過時間長さが事前規定された閾値を越えた場合、前記メモリに含まれる前記少なくとも1つの部分の前記記録された実際の合計使用回数をインクリメントすること、
により、前記実際の使用回数を決定するように動作可能である、請求項4に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの情報は、前記手術用装置の少なくとも一部の使用時における一時的経過であり、
前記制御回路は、
前記少なくとも1つの部分が最後に実際に使用されてから経過した時間の長さを検出することと、
前記検出された時間長さが事前規定された閾値よりも短い場合、前記少なくとも1つの部分の使用時において一時的経過が発生したと決定するステップと、
を行うことにより、使用時における前記一時的経過を決定するように動作可能である、請求項5に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記手術用装置が最後に使用されてから経過した時間の長さを検出することと、
前記検出された時間長さが事前規定された閾値を満たすかまたは前記事前規定された閾値を越える場合、実際の使用が発生したと決定することと、
前記検出された時間長さが前記事前規定された閾値よりも短いい場合、使用における一時的経過が発生したと決定することと、
により、前記手術用装置の実際の使用および使用時における一時的経過のいずれかが発生したことを決定するように動作可能である、請求項1に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。 - 前記制御回路は、前記手術用装置の実際の合計使用回数を記録するように動作可能である、請求項9に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記制御回路は、前記記録された実際の合計使用回数が事前規定された実際の最大使用回数を満たすかまたは前記事前規定された実際の最大使用回数を越える場合、前記少なくとも1つのモジュール式バッテリから前記手術用装置への電力供給を回避するように動作可能である、請求項10に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記手術用装置をさらに含み、

超音波ガイドであって、超音波運動をその場で受け入れる近位端を有する、超音波ガイドと、

超音波運動生成アセンブリドックと

前記超音波運動生成アセンブリは、が前記手術用ハンドルにおいて取り外し可能に固定されている場合に、
前記バッテリアセンブリを前記超音波運動生成アセンブリへと電気的に接続させように、および、
前記超音波ガイドを前記超音波運動生成アセンブリの前記超音波運動生成端部へと物理的に接続させるように、

を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの情報は、前記手術用装置の少なくとも1つの部の実際の使用回数である、請求項12に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記制御回路は、前記手術用装置の前記少なくとも1つの部分の実際の合計使用回数を記録するように動作可能である、請求項13に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記制御回路は、前記記録された実際の合計使用回数が少なくとも事前規定された実際の最大使用回数となった場合、前記少なくとも1つのモジュール式バッテリから前記手術用装置への電力供給を回避するように動作可能である、請求項14に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
- 前記制御回路は、
前記少なくとも1つの部分が最後に実際に使用されてから経過した時間を前記リアルタイムクロックによって決定することと、
前記決定された経過時間長さが事前規定された閾値を越えた場合、前記メモリに含まれる前記少なくとも1つの部分の前記記録された実際の合計使用回数をインクリメントすること、
により、前記実際の使用回数を決定するように動作可能である、請求項14に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの情報は、前記手術用装置の少なくとも一部の使用時における一時的経過であり、

- 前記制御回路は、前記記録された実際の合計使用回数が事前規定された実際の最大使用回数を満たすかまたは前記事前規定された実際の最大使用回数を越える場合、前記少なくとも1つのモジュール式バッテリから前記手術用装置への電力供給を回避するように動作可能である、請求項19に記載のバッテリアセンブリ。
