Claims (18)
- 工具識別信号をバッテリパックに提供するための工具識別回路を備え、
前記工具識別信が、前記コードレス電動工具に特有のデータを表す
ことを特徴とするコードレス電動工具。 - 前記データが、前記コードレス電動工具の最大放電電流を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコードレス電動工具。 - 前記データが、前記コードレス電動工具の熱過負荷ポイントを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコードレス電動工具。 - 前記工具識別回路が、固定抵抗値を有する抵抗器を備え、
前記コードレス電動工具が、バッテリパックを備え、
前記バッテリパックが前記コードレス電動工具に接続される時に、前記バッテリパックが、励振信号を前記抵抗器に提供するように構成され、
前記工具識別信号が、前記励振信号に対する応答を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコードレス電動工具。 - 前記工具識別回路が、コンデンサと並列に接続される抵抗器を備え、
前記コードレス電動工具が、バッテリパックを備え、
前記バッテリパックが、励振信号を前記工具識別回路に提供するように構成され、
前記抵抗器が、前記励振信号に応答して、第1の工具の特徴を表す前記工具識別信号を提供し、
前記コンデンサが、第2の工具の特性を表す前記工具識別信号を提供する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコードレス電動工具。 - コードレス電動工具にバッテリパックを接続する処理と、
一度前記バッテリパックが前記コードレス電動工具に接続されると、前記コードレス電動工具から前記バッテリパックに工具識別信号を提供する処理とを含み、
前記工具識別信号が、前記コードレス電動工具に特有のデータを表す
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記データが、前記コードレス電動工具の最大放電電流を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記データが、前記コードレス電動工具の熱過負荷ポイントを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - もし前記バッテリパックが前記コードレス電動工具に完全に接続されない場合、前記工具識別信号が前記バッテリパックに提供されないと共に、
もし前記工具識別信号が受信されない場合、前記バッテリバックが、前記コードレス電動工具に対する放電電流を自制する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記バッテリパックが、少なくとも1つの監視された状態をしきい値と比較するように構成される監視及び制御回路を備え、
前記しきい値が、前記工具識別信号によって提供される
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記しきい値が、前記コードレス電動工具に特有の放電電流のしきい値である
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 - もし前記工具識別信号が、前記バッテリパックに対応していない特定のコードレス電動工具の識別情報を表す場合、前記バッテリパックが、前記コードレス電動工具に対する放電電流を自制する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記バッテリパックが、励振信号を前記工具識別回路に提供し、
前記工具識別信号が、前記励振信号に対する応答を提供する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つのバッテリセルと、
1度バッテリパックがコードレス電動工具に接続されると、前記コードレス電動工具から工具識別信号を受信するように構成される監視及び制御回路を備え、
前記工具識別信が、コードレス電動工具に特有のデータを表す
ことを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記データが、前記コードレス電動工具の電力パラメータのしきい値を含み
前記監視及び制御回路が、少なくとも1つの監視された状態を前記しきい値と比較するように構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記しきい値が、前記コードレス電動工具に特有の放電電流のしきい値であり、
前記監視及び制御回路が、監視された放電電流を前記放電電流のしきい値と比較すると共に、もし監視された放電電流が、前記放電電流のしきい値以上である場合、出力信号を提供する
ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のバッテリパック。 - もし前記工具識別信号が、前記バッテリパックに対応していない特定のコードレス電動工具の識別情報を表す場合、前記バッテリパックが、前記コードレス電動工具に対する放電電流を自制する
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記監視及び制御回路が、励振信号を前記コードレス電動工具に提供するように更に構成され、
前記工具識別信号が、前記励振信号に対する応答を提供するように構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のバッテリパック。
