Claims (13)
- 複数本のボルトを使用して被固定部材を固定した後のボルトの緩み防止装置であって、
複数本のボルトの各頭部にそれぞれ相対回転不可能に嵌め合わせられる複数個の嵌合部材と、複数個の嵌合部材にまたがって取り付けられて各嵌合部材に係合する係合部材とを有していることを特徴とするボルトの緩み防止装置。 - 各嵌合部材の外周面が非円形とされ、係合部材に、各嵌合部材の非円形外周面の少なくとも一部に係合してその移動を防止する係合部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1のボルトの緩み防止装置。
- 係合部材は、複数の嵌合部材の外周面に一方側から対向する第1対向壁部と、複数の嵌合部材の外周面に他方側から対向する第2対向壁部と、両対向壁部を連結する連結壁部とを有していることを特徴とする請求項2のボルトの緩み止め装置。
- 係合部材の各係合部は、各嵌合部材の非円形外周面に対応する非円形内周面を有し連結壁部に設けられた係合孔とされていることを特徴とする請求項3のボルトの緩み止め装置。
- 係合部材の連結壁部は、隣り合う嵌合部材の間に嵌まり合うことで第1対向壁部および第2対向壁部とともに係合部を形成する突出部を有していることを特徴とする請求項3のボルトの緩み止め装置。
- 各ボルトは、頭部周面に平目のローレットが形成された六角孔付きボルトとされており、各六角孔付きボルトは、その頭部を被固定部材から突出させて、被固定部材を貫通しており、被固定部材から露出している各六角孔付きボルトの頭部に、外周面形状が方形でかつ内周面にローレットが形成された嵌合部材がそれぞれ嵌め合わされており、複数の嵌合部材にまたがって嵌め合わせられた係合部材が被固定部材で受け止められていることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれかに記載のボルトの緩み止め装置。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれかのボルトの緩み防止装置を取り付ける方法であって、嵌合部材の外周面を保持する保持部および嵌合部材に当接して保持部に対して移動可能な押し部を有する第1取付治具を使用して、嵌合部材を第1取付治具の保持部に保持した状態で、嵌合部材をボルトに取り付け、その後、第1取付治具の押し部を移動させることで、第1取付治具の保持部から嵌合部材を外すことを特徴とするボルトの緩み防止装置の取付方法。
- 請求項1のボルトの緩み防止装置を取り付ける方法であって、係合部材にねじ孔を設けておき、このねじ孔にねじ合わされるおねじ部を有する第2取付治具を使用して、係合部材を第2取付治具にねじ合わせた状態で、第2取付治具を複数個の嵌合部材にまたがるように押圧することで係合部材を複数個の係合部材に取り付けることを特徴とするボルトの緩み防止装置の取付方法。
- 請求項7のボルトの緩み防止装置の取付方法で使用される第1取付治具であって、嵌合部材の外周面を保持する保持部が先端に一体に設けられた中空軸と、中空軸の基端部に設けられた把持部と、嵌合部材に当接する押し部が先端に一体に設けられ中空軸内に軸方向移動可能に挿入されて基端部が中空軸から突出させられている内軸とを有していることを特徴とする第1取付治具。
- 請求項8のボルトの緩み防止装置の取付方法で使用される第2取付治具であって、係合部材に設けられたねじ孔にねじ合わされるおねじ部を先端に有する軸体と、係合部材に当接する補強板とを有し、軸体は、相対回転可能に補強板に取り付けられていることを特徴とする第2取付治具。
- 請求項8のボルトの緩み防止装置の取付方法で使用される第2取付治具であって、補強板付き軸体およびこれに着脱可能に取り付けられる補助軸体からなり、補強板付き軸体は、係合部材の一端部に設けられたねじ孔にねじ合わされるおねじ部を先端に有する主軸体と、係合部材に当接する補強板とを有し、主軸体は、相対回転可能に補強板に取り付けられており、補強板には、主軸体が挿通される貫通孔が一端部に、ねじ孔が他端部にそれぞれ設けられており、補助軸体は、補強板のねじ孔にねじ合わされるおねじ部を先端に有していることを特徴とする第2取付治具。
- 複数の上段部材としての通路ブロックを有する流体制御機器と、複数の下段部材としてのブロック継手とを備えており、通路ブロックをボルトを使用して下段部材に固定する構成とされている流体制御装置であって、前記ボルトの緩み止めを行うためのボルトの緩み防止装置として、請求項1から6までのいずれかのボルトの緩み防止装置を備えていることを特徴とする流体制御装置。
- 被処理基板を収容する処理容器と、前記処理容器内に処理ガスを供給する処理ガス供給部を備えた基板処理装置であって、前記処理ガス供給部内に設けられた流体制御装置として、請求項12の流体制御装置を備えていることを特徴とする基板処理装置。
