Abstract
【解決手段】FRPばね1は、プラス方向配向層21とマイナス方向配向層22からなる単位ユニット20Aを有する積層構造20を備えている。隣接するプラス方向配向層21およびマイナス方向配向層22の配向方向S1,S2は交差している。各層21,22の配向角度θ1,θ2の絶対値を適宜設定することにより、プラス方向配向層21およびマイナス方向配向層22の繊維は破壊時に絡み合うことができ、ばね全体の破壊様相は疑似延性となる。ばねとして使用できる弾性率および強度を得ることができるとともに、各層21,22では繊維間の樹脂での断裂を防止することができる。

Claims (3)
- プラス方向配向層を少なくとも1層有するプラス方向配向ユニットと、マイナス方向配向層を少なくとも1層有するマイナス方向配向ユニットとが交互に積層された積層構造を備え、
前記プラス方向配向層では、長手方向に対してプラス方向の配向角度で繊維が配向し、
前記マイナス方向配向層では、前記長手方向に対してマイナス方向の配向角度で繊維が配向していることを特徴とする繊維強化プラスチック製ばね。 - 前記プラス方向配向層および前記マイナス方向配向層の配向角度の絶対値は、20〜30度の範囲内に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製ばね。
- 前記プラス方向配向ユニットは前記プラス方向配向層を1層有し、前記マイナス方向配向ユニットは前記マイナス方向配向層を1層有し、前記プラス方向配向層と前記マイナス方向配向層とが交互に積層されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製ばね。
