Description
芯材として棒状のポリプロピレン(PP)樹脂材料を使用し、内周側強化繊維および外周側強化繊維として、エポキシ樹脂を含有した炭素繊維束であるトウプリプレグを使用した。
内周側強化繊維の芯材の長手軸に対する巻付け角度を80°とした以外は実施例1と同様に行った。
外周側強化繊維層の厚さと内周側強化繊維層の厚さの比を3:2とした以外は実施例2と同様に行った。
外周側強化繊維層の厚さと内周側強化繊維層の厚さの比を2:3とした以外は実施例2と同様に行った。
内周側強化繊維の芯材の長手軸に対する巻付け角度を100°とした以外は実施例1と同様に行った。
内周側強化繊維の芯材の長手軸に対する巻付け角度を70°とした以外は実施例1と同様に行った。
芯材として棒状のポリプロピレン(PP)樹脂材料を使用し、強化繊維として、炭素繊維束であるトウプリプレグを使用した。
外周側強化繊維層の厚さと内周側強化繊維層の厚さの比を1:4とした以外は実施例2と同様に行った。
内周側強化繊維の芯材の長手軸に対する巻付け角度を60°とした以外は実施例1と同様に行った。
ひずみゲージを貼付し、線材の中心軸のまわりの回転速度を0.3°/秒としてねじり試験を行った。本ねじり試験により、線材(炭素繊維)のねじり破壊強度(静的ねじり強度)を求めた。
上述したねじり試験により得られた応力−ひずみ線図の傾きをもとに、剛性率を算出した。

Claims (10)
- 弾性部材を作製するための弾性部材用線材であって、
螺旋状に巻回してなる内周側強化繊維と、
前記内周側強化繊維の外周に設けられてなる外周側強化繊維と、
前記内周側強化繊維および前記外周側強化繊維の少なくとも一部に設けられて強化繊維同士を固着する熱硬化性樹脂と、
を備え、
前記内周側強化繊維の巻回方向と、該巻回の中心軸とのなす角度が70°以上110°以下であり、
前記外周側強化繊維の巻回の中心軸に対する巻付け方向が、外部から加わる荷重であって当該弾性部材用線材にねじり応力を加える荷重に応じて当該弾性部材用線材に印加される引張り荷重の方向に沿った方向である
ことを特徴とする弾性部材用線材。 - 前記外周側強化繊維の巻回の中心軸と前記外周側強化繊維の巻付け方向とのなす角度が、40°より大きく50°以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弾性部材用線材。 - 当該弾性部材用線材の剛性率が、9GPa以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の弾性部材用線材。 - 前記内周側強化繊維を含む内周側強化繊維層の厚さに対する前記外周側強化繊維を含む外周側強化繊維層の厚さの比が、0.5以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の弾性部材用線材。 - 当該弾性部材用線材の静的ねじり強度が、540MPa以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の弾性部材用線材。 - 前記内周側強化繊維が形成する管状の内周側強化繊維層の内周側に設けられ、弾性変形可能な材料を用いて形成された芯材、
をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の弾性部材用線材。 - 前記芯材および当該弾性部材用線材は、長手軸と直交する平面を切断面とする断面が円をなし、
前記内周側強化繊維の巻回方向と、該巻回の中心軸とのなす角度が80°以上100°以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の弾性部材用線材。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の弾性部材用線材を用いてなることを特徴とする弾性部材。
- 前記弾性部材用線材を螺旋状に巻回してなることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の弾性部材。
- 自動車用の懸架ばねであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の弾性部材。
