Abstract
【解決手段】シート基材1の片面又は両面に粘着剤組成物層2を有したものとしており、前記粘着剤組成物層2は、前記シート基材1側から、一層目2aが粘着性高分子、熱膨張性微粒子及び架橋剤を主成分とする樹脂層で形成され、二層目2bが低極性樹脂層で形成されていることを特徴とする加熱剥離型粘着シート。

Description
表1に示したように、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)をシート基材とし、粘着性高分子、熱膨張性微粒子及び架橋剤を配合した樹脂で一層目の樹脂層を形成し、非晶性ポロプロピレンで二層目の低極性樹脂層を形成した本発明の加熱剥離型粘着シートを作成した。比較例とした加熱剥離型粘着シートは、表2に示したように本発明の加熱剥離型粘着シートの二層目の低極性樹脂層が無いものとした。
加熱温度×時間 150℃×30sec
(実施例4と比較例2は120℃×30sec)
チップの大きさ 1mm×1mm
1mm×1mmのチップを10個、粘着面に貼り付け、常温でのチップの落下を確認する。その後、150℃×30secの加熱試験を行い、チップが全て剥離可能かを確認する。

- シート基材の片面又は両面に粘着剤組成物層を有したものとしており、前記粘着剤組成物層は、前記シート基材側から、一層目が粘着性高分子、熱膨張性微粒子及び架橋剤を主成分とする層で形成され、二層目が低極性樹脂層で形成されていることを特徴とする加熱剥離型粘着シート。
- 前記粘着剤組成物層は、前記一層目の樹脂層表面に前記二層目の低極性樹脂層を点在させたものとしている請求項1記載の加熱剥離型粘着シート。
- 前記粘着剤組成物層は、前記一層目の樹脂層表面に前記二層目の低極性樹脂層をまだら状に被覆したものとしている請求項1記載の加熱剥離型粘着シート。
- 前記粘着剤組成物層は、厚みが5〜100μmであるものとしている請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の加熱剥離型粘着シート。
- 前記熱膨張性微粒子は、平均粒径が18μmより小さいものとしている請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の加熱剥離型粘着シート。
- 前記低極性樹脂層は、接触角を97.5°以上にしたものとしている請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の加熱剥離型粘着シート。
- 前記低極性樹脂層は、厚みが0.01〜50μmであるものとしている請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の加熱剥離型粘着シート。

- 前記低極性樹脂層は、前記オレフィン系樹脂が粒子状態になっており、その粒子の平均粒径が0.01〜10μmであるものとしている請求項8記載の加熱剥離型粘着シート。
