Claims (4)
- 摺動部を有する摺動部材の製造方法であって、
前記摺動部材の本体部として機能する鉄系金属のバルク材と前記摺動部として機能するCu合金のバルク材とを放電プラズマ焼結法による加熱加圧によって固相接合して摺動部材を製造することを特徴とする摺動部材の製造方法。 - 前記Cu合金は、Cu−Zn系合金であり、
前記鉄系金属のバルク材と前記Cu合金のバルク材とは、柱状組織を介して接合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摺動部材の製造方法。 - 前記Cu合金は、Al及びSiの少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の摺動部材の製造方法。
- 前記摺動部材は、ピストンポンプモータにおいてピストンの先端に回動自在に連結されると共に斜板に摺接するシューであり、
前記鉄系金属は、前記ピストンの先端に回動自在に連結される本体部として機能し、
前記Cu合金は、前記斜板に摺接する摺動部として機能することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一つに記載の摺動部材の製造方法。
