Abstract
金属熱成形体を製造する際に、加熱工程で表面から進行する酸化の防止を、安価、容易、且つ確実に実行することができる技術を提供する。 大気中で加熱することにより酸化する金属が含まれている金属熱成形体の製造方法において、被加熱処理体の露出面に、銀粉末及び有機系バインダを含む銀粉含有組成物を塗布する工程と、塗布された前記被加熱処理体を大気中で加熱することによって、該金粉含有組成物の作用により空気流通を抑制されて熱成形される工程と、大気加熱後に得られた金属熱成形体からその加熱によって形成された前記銀粉含有組成物の焼結被覆物を少なくとも一部除去する工程とを、含むことを特徴とする。
