Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る警告タイル10(弾性床材)は、100重量部のゴム成分111と、密度が4g/cm3以上であって200重量部以上1000重量部以下である高密度充填剤112とを含有し、密度が2g/cm3以上4g/cm3以下とされたゴム組成物層11と、ゴム組成物層11の下面に積層されて粘着剤122を含有する粘着層12と、を備えるものである。

Description
以下、図面を参照し、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。まず、本発明の第1実施形態に係る弾性床材の構成について説明する。本実施形態では、弾性床材の一例として、視覚障害者を所定の方向に誘導するために駅等の床面(不図示)に設置される警告タイルについて説明する。図1は、第1実施形態に係る警告タイル10を示す図であって、図1(a)は概略平面図、図1(b)は概略断面図である。
次に、第2実施形態に係る弾性床材の構成について説明する。本実施形態では、弾性床材の一例として、視覚障害者に対して警告を与えるために駅等の床面に設置される誘導タイルについて説明する。図4は、第2実施形態に係る誘導タイル20を示す図であって、図4(a)は概略平面図、図4(b)は概略断面図である。
次に、第3実施形態に係る弾性床材の構成について説明する。本実施形態では、弾性床材の一例として、視覚障害者に対して警告を与えるとともに視覚障害者を所定の方向に誘導するために駅等の床面に設置される誘導警告タイルについて説明する。図5は、第3実施形態に係る誘導警告タイル30を示す図であって、図5(a)は概略平面図、図5(b)は概略断面図である。

Claims (7)
- 100重量部のゴム成分と、密度が4g/cm3以上であって200重量部以上1000重量部以下である高密度充填剤とを含有し、密度が2g/cm3以上4g/cm3以下とされたゴム組成物層と、
前記ゴム組成物層の下面に積層されて粘着剤を含有する粘着層と、
を備えることを特徴とする弾性床材。 - 前記ゴム成分が加硫されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弾性床材。
- 前記高密度充填剤が、酸化チタン、炭酸バリウム、チタン酸バリウム、硫酸バリウム、酸化亜鉛、または金属粉のうち少なくともいずれか1種類を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の弾性床材。
- 前記ゴム組成物層が、密度が4g/cm3未満であって200重量部以下である機能性充填剤を更に含有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の弾性床材。
- 前記機能性充填剤が、炭酸カルシウム、クレー、シリカ、またはタルクのうち少なくともいずれか1種類を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の弾性床材。
- 前記粘着層が含有する粘着剤が、アクリル系粘着剤を主成分とすることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の弾性床材。
- 前記ゴム組成物層の上面に凸部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の弾性床材。
