Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、冷媒圧縮機(6)及び凝縮器(7)を有する、並行した空気及びバッテリ接触冷却のための冷媒蒸発器装置を備えた冷却装置であって、空気冷却用の組み込まれた制御可能の膨張機構(2)を備えた蒸発器(1)及びバッテリ冷却用の組み込まれた制御可能の膨張機構(4)を備えたバッテリ接触冷却器としての蒸発器(3)が設けられており、蒸発器(3)と組み込まれた制御可能の膨張機構(4)のタップ(8)との間に絞り機構(5)が配設されていることを特徴とする冷却装置に関する。さらに、本発明は、冷却装置の駆動方法に関する。

Description
冷媒質量流量を冷却装置の凝縮器の後で分配し、
冷媒質量部分流量を、膨張機構を利用して空気冷却用の冷却装置の蒸発器の前で空気冷却のための低い蒸発圧力pLKに絞り、かつそれと並行し、
冷媒質量流量を、膨張機構を利用してバッテリ接触冷却用の蒸発器の前でより高い蒸発圧力pBKに絞り、それによって冷媒液を蒸発器の中でせき止め、
冷媒質量部分流量を、バッテリ接触冷却のために蒸発器の後で絞り機構を利用してまたより低い蒸発圧力pLKに絞り、冷媒質量部分流量を最後に集結するように構成されている。

Claims (10)
- 冷媒圧縮機(6)及び凝縮器(7)を有する、並行した空気及びバッテリ接触冷却のための冷媒蒸発器装置を備えた冷却装置であって、
空気冷却用の組み込まれた制御可能な膨張機構(2)を備えた蒸発器(1)と、バッテリ冷却用の組み込まれた制御可能な膨張機構(4)を備えたバッテリ接触冷却器としての蒸発器(3)と、を備え、この蒸発器(3)と上記組み込まれた制御可能な膨張機構(4)のタップ(8)との間には、絞り機構(5)が配設されていることを特徴とする冷却装置。 - 上記絞り機構(5)は、固定絞りとして形成されている請求項1記載の冷却装置。
- 冷媒蒸気割合が後続の冷媒質量流量の分配時に等しくなるように、蒸発器(3)の前に冷媒液及び冷媒蒸気の均質化のための手段が形成かつ配設されている請求項1又は2に記載の冷却装置。
- 蒸発器(3)の前に液体分離器が配設されている請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の冷却装置。
- 蒸発器(3)が並列に接続された複数の蒸発器から形成されている請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の冷却装置。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の冷却装置を用いた、同時の空気及びバッテリ接触冷却のための方法であって、
冷媒質量流量を凝縮器(7)の後で分割し、
冷媒質量部分流量を、膨張機構(2)を利用して蒸発器(1)の前で空気冷却のためのより低い蒸発圧力pLKに絞り、及びそれと並行し、
冷媒質量部分流量を、膨張機構(4)を利用して蒸発器(3)の前でバッテリ接触冷却のためのより高い蒸発圧力pBKに絞り、それによって、冷媒液をせき止め、
冷媒質量部分流量を、バッテリ接触冷却のために蒸発器(3)の後で絞り機構(5)を利用し、より低い蒸発圧力pLKに絞り、
冷媒質量部分流量を集結することを特徴とする方法。 - 絞り機構(5)を利用し、絞りを少なくとも0.5barだけ行う請求項6に記載の方法。
- 蒸発器(3)の前で冷媒蒸気及び冷媒液の均質化が流路内の冷媒質量流量の分配前の蒸気割合の均一化のために行われる請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 蒸発器(3)の前で冷媒蒸気及び冷媒液の分離を行い、冷媒液を蒸発器(3)内で蒸発させ、冷媒蒸気を絞り、蒸発器(3)の出口で過熱された蒸気に再び供給する請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 蒸発器(3)の前で冷媒蒸気及び冷媒液の分離を行い、蒸発器(3)への入口の前で混合を行う請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
