Abstract
【解決手段】キャパシタセル10と、キャパシタセル10を複数並設し、並設した複数のキャパシタセル10・・の両側に配設される一対の端板3、3と、この端板3、3及び複数のキャパシタセル10・・を収納する金属ケース6と、金属ケース6内で端板3、3、複数のキャパシタセル10・・及びリード端子12・・を覆うように充填される絶縁樹脂7とを具備し、一方端部が絶縁樹脂7内で端板3に配設され、他方端部が絶縁樹脂7から外方に突出する外部接続用端子5を設け、端板3に隣接するキャパシタセル10のリード端子12を外部接続用端子5の一方端部と接続し、端板3に固定するように構成している。

Claims (5)
- セパレータを介在した正電極と負電極とを外装ケース(11)に収納し電解液を充填するとともに、正電極及び負電極にそれぞれ接続されたリード端子(12)(12)を外装ケース(11)の外方に引き出してなるキャパシタセル(10)と、上記キャパシタセル(10)を複数並設し、並設した複数のキャパシタセル(10・・)の両側に配設される一対の端板(3)(3)と、この端板(3)(3)及び複数のキャパシタセル(10・・)を収納する金属ケース(6)と、上記金属ケース(6)内で上記端板(3)(3)、上記複数のキャパシタセル(10・・)及び上記リード端子(12・・)を覆うように充填される絶縁樹脂(7)とを具備し、一方端部が上記絶縁樹脂(7)内で上記端板(3)に配設され、他方端部が上記絶縁樹脂(7)から外方に突出する外部接続用端子(5)を設け、上記端板(3)に隣接するキャパシタセル(10)のリード端子(12)を上記外部接続用端子(5)の一方端部と接続し、上記端板(3)に固定するように構成したことを特徴とする電気二重層キャパシタ。
- 上記外装ケース(11)は、上記キャパシタセル(10)の内部で発生した気体を外部に放出する放出弁(13)を有し、上記絶縁樹脂(7)は、上記放出弁(13)と外部とを連通させる放出路(8)を形成するようにして上記金属ケース(6)内に充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気二重層キャパシタ。
- 上記放出路(8)を、上記放出弁(13)に対向して設けた筒体(20)によって構成していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気二重層キャパシタ。
- 上記金属ケース(6)の開口部(6a)側で、上記絶縁樹脂(7)の上部に上記各キャパシタセル(10・・)の電圧を制御する制御基板(21)を配設したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の電気二重層キャパシタ。
- 上記金属ケース(6)の内側に当接するスペーサ(9)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の電気二重層キャパシタ。
