Abstract
【解決手段】第1および第2の流体を混合し吐出する流体カートリッジが、ハウジングと、前記ハウジング内に装着されたピストンユニットと、混合ノズルとを備える。この混合ノズルは、ハウジングの遠位端に着脱可能に取り付け可能な第1の部分と、前記第1の部分から離れて位置する第2の部分とを備える。内部流路が第1の部分と第2の部分との間を連通する。静的混合部材が第2の部分内に位置しており、遠位の吐出開口がこの静的混合部材に連通する。筒状の流体セパレーター部材が第1の部分内に位置しており、第1の流路および第2の流路を画定している。第1の流路は中央路であり、第2の流路は第1の流路の半径方向外側にある。流体セパレーター部材は、混合ノズルの第1の部分内で第1の流体の流れを第2の流体の流れから分離した状態に維持する。

Claims (12)
- 第1の流体と第2の流体とを混合し吐出する流体カートリッジに着脱可能に連結されるようになっている混合ノズルであって、前記流体カートリッジは、遠位端と、第1の流体と第2の流体とのそれぞれを保持するようになっていて、前記遠位端において第1の出口および第2の出口のそれぞれに連通する第1の流体チャンバーおよび第2の流体チャンバーとを有するハウジングを備え、前記ノズルは、
前記ハウジングの前記遠位端に着脱可能に取り付けられるようになっている第1の部分と、
前記第1の部分から離れて位置する第2の部分と、
前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分との間を連通する内部流路と、
前記第2の部分内の静的混合部材と、
前記静的混合部材から離れて位置する吐出開口と、
前記第1の部分内の筒状の流体セパレーター部材であって、前記筒状の流体セパレーター部材は第1の流路および第2の流路を画定し、前記第1の流路は、前記筒状の流体セパレーター部材の中央筒状部分内に含まれていると共に、前記第1の出口に連通するよう結合されていて、前記第2の流路は、前記中央筒状部分の半径方向外側に位置すると共に、前記第2の出口に連通するように結合されていて、前記流体セパレーター部材は、前記混合ノズルの前記第1の部分内で前記第1の流体の流れを前記第2の流体の流れから分離状態に維持する筒状の流体セパレーター部材と、
を備える、混合ノズル。 - 請求項1に記載の混合ノズルであって、
前記中央筒状部分は、前記筒状の出口部材を受け入れるようになっているボアを有することを特徴とする混合ノズル。 - 請求項2に記載の混合ノズルであって、前記ボアは環状ボアであることを特徴とする混合ノズル。
- 請求項1に記載の混合ノズルであって、前記第1の流路は円筒形であることを特徴とする混合ノズル。
- 請求項1に記載の混合ノズルであって、前記第1の流路は、一般に、前記混合ノズルの前記第2の部分に向かう方向に集束することを特徴とする混合ノズル。
- 請求項2に記載の混合ノズルであって、前記混合ノズルは内壁を更に備え、前記筒状の流体セパレーター部材は、前記内壁に係合するフランジを更に備え、前記フランジは前記ハウジングの前記第2の出口に連通するようになっている前記第2の流路を含むことを特徴とする混合ノズル。
- 第1の流体および第2の流体を混合し吐出する流体カートリッジであって、
遠位端と、第1の流体および第2の流体のそれぞれを保持するようになっていると共に、前記遠位端において第1の出口および第2の出口のそれぞれに連通する第1の流体チャンバーおよび第2の流体チャンバーとを有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に装着されていると共に、前記第1の流体および前記第2の流体を前記第1の流体チャンバーおよび前記第2の流体チャンバーから前記第1の出口および前記第2の出口の外へ流すよう押しやるように移動可能なピストンユニットと、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の混合ノズルであって、前記第1の部分は前記ハウジングの前記遠位端に着脱可能に取り付けられる前記混合ノズルと、
を備える流体カートリッジ。 - 流体カートリッジに着脱可能に連結されるようになっているノズルから第1の流体および第2の流体を混合し吐出する方法であって、前記流体カートリッジは、遠位端と、各自の第1の流体および第2の流体を保持するようになっていると共に、前記遠位端において各自の第1の出口および第2の出口に連通する第1の流体チャンバーおよび第2の流体チャンバーとを有するハウジングを備え、前記方法は、
混合ノズルの第1の部分を前記ハウジングの前記遠位端に着脱可能に連結する工程と、
前記第1の流体および前記第2の流体を前記第1の出口および前記第2の出口から前記混合ノズルの前記第1の部分に押しやる工程と、
前記筒状部材の中央筒状部分を通して前記第1の流体を方向付ける工程と、
前記第1の流体および前記第2の流体を前記第1の出口に遠位の位置にて物理的に分離状態に維持するように、前記中央筒状部分の半径方向外側の経路に沿って前記第2の流体を方向付ける工程と、
前記混合ノズルの、前記第1の部分から離れて位置する第2の部分内の静的混合部材を通して前記第1の流体および前記第2の流体を送出する工程と、
前記静的混合部材により前記第1の流体および前記第2の流体を混合する工程と、
前記混合された第1の流体および第2の流体を前記静的混合部材から離れて位置する吐出開口を通して放出する工程と、
を具備することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項8に記載の方法であって、
前記第1の流体および前記第2の流体が少なくとも実質的に分離したままの状態で、前記混合ノズルおよび前記流体セパレーター部材を前記ハウジングから取り外す工程を更に有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法であって、
前記ハウジングの前記第1の出口は筒状の出口部材を更に備え、混合ノズルの前記第1の部分を前記ハウジングの前記遠位端に着脱可能に連結する工程は、
前記中央筒状部分を前記筒状の出口部材に着脱可能に連結する工程を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法であって、
前記中央筒状部分はボアを含み、前記中央筒状部分を前記筒状の出口部材に着脱可能に連結する工程は、
前記筒状の中央部材が前記筒状の出口部材から遠位に延びる状態で前記筒状の出口部材を前記ボアに挿入する工程を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項8に記載の方法であって、
前記第1の流体および前記第2の流体を互いから物理的に分離した状態に維持する工程は、
前記筒状の流体セパレーター部材の前記中央筒状部分内の集束流路を通して前記第1の流体を方向付ける工程を有することを特徴とする方法。
