Abstract

Claims (20)
- 第1活物質コーティング部と第1無地部で構成された第1極板と、
第2活物質コーティング部と第2無地部で構成された第2極板と、
前記第1及び第2極板は積層されて整列されるが、前記第1及び第2極板の間に介在されるセパレーターからなる電極組立体を含み、
前記第1無地部は、第2極板と対応する部位に絶縁部材が備えられることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記第1及び第2無地部は、それぞれ前記第1及び第2活物質コーティング部から延びて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1極板の第1活物質コーティング部に隣接する第1無地部には、絶縁部材が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1極板の第1無地部と絶縁部材はラミネート構造で備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記第1無地部の上部面及び下部面を覆うように備えられることをことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、セルロース係フィルム、PPまたはPIフィルムのうちいずれか一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記絶縁部材上にセラミックスコーティング層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セラミックスコーティング層は、Al2O3、BaTiO4、TiO2及びSiO2のうちいずれか一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セラミックスコーティング層は、Al2O3、BaTiO4、TiO2及びSiO2のうち二つの物質を混合して形成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二つの物質は重量比で7:3ないし1:1で混合されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材の厚さは、第1活物質コーティング部の厚さ以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、第1及び第2電極タップと、第1及び第2電極リードとをさらに含み、
前記第1及び第2電極タップは、それぞれ第1及び第2極板から延びて形成されるが、それぞれタップ融着部を含み、
前記タップ融着部は、前記第1電極タップと第1電極リードが融着されるかまたは前記第2電極タップと前記第2電極リードが融着される部分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は、前記第1電極タップ上に備えられることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記タップ融着部を除いた領域に備えられることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1極板は、陽極板を含み、前記第2極板は陰極板を含み、前記第1電極タップは陽極タップを含み、前記第2電極タップは陰極タップを含み、前記第1電極リードは陽極リードを含み、前記第2電極リードは陰極リードを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2極板は、前記第1極板と同じであるかまたは前記第1極板に比べてもっと大きい面積を持つように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1及び第2電極タップの幅は、それぞれ前記第1及び第2極板の幅より狭い幅で備えられることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1及び第2電極リードのうち少なくともいずれか一つは、リードフィルムをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材の一部は、前記第2活物質コーティング部に対応する領域に整列されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セラミックスコーティング層は、Al2O3、BaTiO4、TiO2及びSiO2のうち二つの物質を重量比で7:3ないし1:1で含むが、7はAl2O3またはTiO2で、3は BaTiO4または SiO2であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の二次電池。
