Abstract

Claims (13)
- 1つ以上のコード補強プライと、それぞれが少なくとも1つの環状の非伸縮性ビードコアを有する一対のビード部分とを有し、前記コード補強プライが、前記少なくとも1つの環状の非伸縮性ビードコアの周りに巻き付けられた、カーカスと、
トレッドと、
前記カーカスの半径方向外側に配置されたベルト補強構造と、を有し、
前記ビード部分が、前記ビードコアの半径方向外側に延びるエイペックスと、チェーファーとをさらに有し、
前記チェーファーに隣接して配置され、約2.54cmから約5.08cmまでの範囲の最小厚さを有するターンアップパッドをさらに有することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記ターンアップパッドが、約5.08cmから約7.62cmまでの範囲の最大厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記最小厚さが、ビード中心から測定された、約10.16cmから約20.32cmまでの半径R内にある、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記最大厚さが、約10.16cmから約20.32cmまでの半径R内にある、請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 環状引張部材が、約6.10cmから約6.86cmまでの範囲の幅を有する、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 環状引張部材が、約6.35cmから約6.86cmまでの範囲の幅を有する、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記プライのターンアップ部分と前記プライのターンダウン部分との間の寸法が、0.64cmと2.03cmとの間である、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 1つ以上のコード補強プライと、それぞれが少なくとも1つの環状引張部材を有する一対のビード部分とを有し、前記コード補強プライが、前記少なくとも1つの環状引張部材の周りに巻き付けられた、カーカスと、

前記環状引張部材が、約6.35cmから約6.86cmまでの範囲の幅と、チェーファーとを有することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記チェーファーに隣接して配置され、約2.54cmから約5.08cmまでの範囲の最小厚さを有するターンアップパッドをさらに有する、請求項9に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記チェーファーに隣接して配置され、約3.05cmから約4.32cmまでの範囲の最小厚さを有するターンアップパッドをさらに有する、請求項9に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記チェーファーに隣接して配置され、約3.05cmから約3.81cmまでの範囲の最小厚さを有するターンアップパッドをさらに有する、請求項9に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- クラウンから前記環状引張部材の軸方向内側に延びるターンダウン部分と、前記環状引張部材から半径方向外側に延びるとともに、前記環状引張部材の軸方向外側に延びるターンアップ部分とを有する1つ以上のプライをさらに有し、
前記プライの前記ターンアップ部分と前記プライの前記ターンダウン部分との間の寸法が4.06cm未満である、請求項9に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
