Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、素線導体12に素線導体延在方向に沿う収納空間(12G)を形成し、この収納空間(12G)内に温度検出センサ(15)を設置したのである。
このように素線導体12に形成した収納空間(12G)内に温度検出センサ(15)を設置することで、素線導体12の温度を直に測定することができると共に、温度検出センサ(15)は収納空間(12G)内に位置しているので、主絶縁層14の成形の過程で加圧されることはなく、正確に素線導体12の温度を測定することができる。

Claims (7)
- 導体の外周に主絶縁層を形成した絶縁巻線を備えた電気機器において、前記素線導体に素線導体延在方向に沿う収納空間を形成し、この収納空間内に温度検出センサを収納したことを特徴とする電気機器。
- 素線絶縁層を形成した平角導体より成る素線導体を集合させてその外周に主絶縁層を形成した絶縁巻線を備えた電気機器において、前記素線絶縁層を形成した素線導体の広幅面側に素線導体延在方向に沿う収納空間を形成し、この収納空間内に温度検出センサを収納したことを特徴とする電気機器。
- 素線絶縁層を形成した平角導体より成る素線導体を集合させてその外周に主絶縁層を形成した絶縁巻線を回転体側に備えた電気機器において、前記素線絶縁層を形成した素線導体の内径側に面する広幅面側に素線導体延在方向に沿う収納空間を形成し、この収納空間内に温度検出センサを収納したことを特徴とする電気機器。
- 前記温度検出センサは、光ファイバ温度検出センサであることを特徴とする請求項1,2又は3記載の電気機器。
- 前記収納空間は、凹溝であることを特徴とする請求項1,2又は3記載の電気機器。
- 前記収納空間は、穴であることを特徴とする請求項1,2又は3記載の電気機器。
- 平角導体より成る素線導体に素線絶縁層を形成し、その後、素線導体の広幅面側に前記素線絶縁層を含めて凹溝を形成し、この凹溝内に光ファイバ温度検出センサを収納して仮止めした後、前記素線導体を複数まとめて素固めし、その上に主絶縁層を形成したことを特徴とする電気機器巻線の製造方法。
