Description
Claims (4)
- 素線絶縁層を形成した平角導体より成る素線導体を集合させてその外周に主絶縁層を形成した絶縁巻線を備えた電気機器において、前記素線絶縁層を形成した素線導体の広幅面側に素線導体延在方向に沿う収納空間として前記広幅面側における前記素線絶縁層及び前記素線導体の一部を削除した凹溝を形成し、この収納空間内に温度検出センサを収納したことを特徴とする電気機器。
- 素線絶縁層を形成した平角導体より成る素線導体を集合させてその外周に主絶縁層を形成した絶縁巻線を回転体側に備えた電気機器において、前記素線絶縁層を形成した素線導体の内径側に面する広幅面側に素線導体延在方向に沿う収納空間として前記広幅面側における前記素線絶縁層及び前記素線導体の一部を削除した凹溝を形成し、この収納空間内に温度検出センサを収納したことを特徴とする電気機器。
- 前記温度検出センサは、光ファイバ温度検出センサであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電気機器。
- 平角導体より成る素線導体に素線絶縁層を形成し、その後、素線導体の広幅面側に前記素線絶縁層及び前記素線導体の一部を削除して凹溝を形成し、この凹溝内に光ファイバ温度検出センサを収納して仮止めした後、前記素線導体を複数まとめて素固めし、その上に主絶縁層を形成したことを特徴とする電気機器巻線の製造方法。
