Abstract
【解決手段】(i)セルロースを水溶性の第3級アミン・オキシド中に溶解させてセルロース溶液を生成し,前記セルロース溶液には,チタンを部分的に一又は複数の重金属に置換し,及びマグネシウムを部分的に又は完全に一又は複数の重金属に各々置換した,酸化チタン又はスピネル(MgAl2O4)を主成分とし,温度安定試験に従って,セルロース溶液の上昇温度を最大10℃に低下させる染料が更に添加されており,(ii)成形道具により前記セルロース溶液を形成し,(iii)形成した前記セルロース溶液からセルロースを析出させることで製造される,セルロース染色形成物。

Description
−色の同じ影が一括大量に得られる。
−染色物は湿気に対する優れた耐性がある。
−従来の染色処理が省略され,エネルギー及び原材料(化学薬品,水)の節約,及び廃水による汚染の削減をすることができる。
−染料の損失がない。
−染色(縞付け)の間のスプライシングの問題が生じない。
−繊維の均等な染料の分配に従って,均一な染料の浸透が実現される。
−脱水投与の間に色の影の瞬時の変化が実現可能となる。
これらは,部分的に重金属に置換されたチタンからなる酸化チタンである。
−スピネル染料
これらは,主成分A−B2−O4の多数の混合物を含む。かかる染料の大半,例えばA−Fe2−O4の類は,アミン・オキシドプロセスに不適である。

本発明に従う,NMMO紡績練薬の温度安定のための種々の染料の使用結果。
A:CI染料黄色53/77788(Sicotan Gelb K1011)
B:CI染料黄色24/77310(Sicotan Gelb K2011)
C:CI染料黄色164/77899(Sicotan Braun K2711)
D:CI染料青色28/77346(Sicopal Brau K6310;製造元:BASF株式会社,ドイツ・ルートヴィスハーヘン);マグネシウムが完全にコバルトに置換されているMgAl2O4の主成分のスピネル染料。
試験はシカレックスデバイス(シカレックスTSC512,製造元:システム・テクニック株式会社,スイス・リュシュリコン)により実施された。それゆえNMMO紡績練薬は,発熱反応(紡績練薬の分解)が起こるまで,所定の温度プログラムによって,かかるシカレックスに温度の上で負荷がかかる。
動作手順は実施例1と同様であるが,本発明に従って使用された染料の代わりに,以下の異なる重金属含有染料が使用された。
F:バナジン酸ビスマス−CI染料黄色184(Sicopal Gelb K1160FG)
G:銅フタロシアニン−CI染料青色15:3(アクアリンブルー3G;製造元:テナント繊維染色株式会社,北アイルランド・ベルファスト)
実施例1に従って染料A,B,C又はDを混合した紡績練薬は,115℃で1.7dtexの繊維に紡がれる。かかる良好な動作により,淡黄色の繊維(染料A),黄土色の繊維(染料B),茶色の繊維(染料C)及び青色の繊維(染料D)が得られる。
Claims (11)
- (i)セルロースを水溶性の第3級アミン・オキシド中に溶解させてセルロース溶液を生成し,前記セルロース溶液には,チタンを部分的に一又は複数の重金属に置換し,及びマグネシウムを部分的に又は完全に一又は複数の重金属に各々置換した,酸化チタン又はスピネル(MgAl2O4)を主成分とし,温度安定試験に従って,セルロース溶液の上昇温度を最大10℃に低下させる染料が更に添加されており,
(ii)成形道具により前記セルロース溶液を形成し,
(iii)形成した前記セルロース溶液からセルロースを析出させる
ことで製造される,セルロース染色形成物。 - 前記金属含有染料は,前記セルロースの形成物の上昇温度を,前記温度安定試験に従って,最大5℃に低減させることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のセルロース染色形成物。
- 前記セルロースを基準として,質量あたり0.20%から10%まで重金属含有染料を含有することを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載のセルロース染色形成物。
- 前記セルロースを基準として,質量あたり2.0%から5.0%まで重金属含有染料を含有することを特徴とする,請求項3に記載のセルロース染色形成物。
- 前記重金属の各々は,ニッケル,クロム,マンガン,アンチモン及びコバルトからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のセルロース染色形成物。
- 前記重金属の各々は,酸化物の形で存在することを特徴とする,請求項5に記載のセルロース染色形成物。
- 前記酸化チタンは,部分的に酸化ニッケル(II)及び酸化アンチモン(V)に置換されている酸化チタンを主成分とする染料を含むことを特徴とする,請求項6に記載のセルロース染色形成物。

- マグネシウムが部分的又は完全にコバルトに置換されているスピネル(MgAl2O4)を主成分とする染料を含むことを特徴とする,請求項6に記載のセルロース染色形成物。
- 前記セルロース染色形成物は,繊維又はフィルムであることを特徴とする,請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のセルロース染色形成物。
