Description

τkはセルkについてのチャネル・タップの遅延であり、

Ωは、例えば、検知されるべきセルのような、対象となるセルのセットであり、
n(t)は、UEにおける熱ノイズである。
“*”は複素共役を意味する。
ここで、ζは、以下のように定義される。
UEは、以下の条件が真である場合に、セルkの検知を宣言しうる。
ここで、λdetは、検知しきい値である。

式(26)の条件が満たされると、セルkは十分に強いと見なされ、セルkによる干渉が、受信信号から除去されうる。セルkについてのチャネル・プロファイルが推定され、位置推定のために使用されうる。
qk、1(t)は、セルkについての、強いチャネル・タップを検知するために使用される受信信号である。

Claims (30)
- 無線ネットワークにおいて、セルを検知する方法であって、
受信信号を処理して、セルを検知することと、
前記検知されたセルが十分に強いかを判定することと、
前記検知されたセルが十分に強い場合、
前記受信信号から、前記検知されたセルによる干渉を除去して、干渉除去された信号を得ることと、
前記干渉除去された信号を処理して、別のセルを検知することと
を備える方法。 - 前記受信信号を処理して、セルを検知することは、前記受信信号を処理して、セルのセットにおける最も強いセルを検知することを備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記干渉除去された信号を処理して、別のセルを検知することは、
前記干渉除去された信号を処理して、前記セルのセットにおける2番目に最も強いセルを検知することと、
前記2番目に最も強いセルが十分に強いかを判定することと、
前記2番目に最も強いセルが十分に強い場合、
前記干渉除去された信号から、2番目に最も強いセルによる干渉を除去して、第2の干渉除去された信号を得ることと、
前記第2の干渉除去された信号を処理して、前記セルのセットにおける次に最も強いセルを検知することと
を備える請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記セットにおけるセルは、前記最も強いセルから最も弱いセルへのシーケンシャル順に検知され、十分に強くないセルが検知されると、あるいは、前記セットにおける全てのセルが検知されると、前記検知が終了する請求項2に記載の方法。
- 十分に強くないセルが検知された場合、前記検知されたセルのための干渉除去をスキップすることを更に備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記受信信号を処理して、セルを検知することは、
前記セルについてのチャネル・タップを識別するために、異なる時間オフセットにおいて、前記受信信号について相関付けを実行することと、
前記識別されたチャネル・タップに基づいて、前記セルを検知することと
を備える請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記検知されたセルが十分に強いかを判定することは、
前記検知されたセルのための測定基準を決定することと、
前記測定基準をしきい値と比較することと、
前記測定基準が前記しきい値を超える場合、前記セルは十分に強いと宣言することと
を備える請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記測定基準は、前記セルの信号対ノイズおよび干渉比(SINR)を備える請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記測定基準は、前記セルの受信エネルギを備える請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記検知されたセルのための測定基準を決定することは、前記セルについての最も強いチャネル・タップに基づいて、前記セルのための測定基準を決定することを備える請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記検知されたセルのための測定基準を決定することは、前記セルについて識別された十分に強い全てのチャネル・タップに基づいて、前記セルのための測定基準を決定することを備える請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記検知されたセルのための測定基準を決定することは更に、チャネル・タップのための第2の測定基準および第2のしきい値に基づいて、前記チャネル・タップが十分に強いかを判定することを備える請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記検知されたセルについてのチャネル・タップは、最も強いチャネル・タップからも最も弱いチャネル・タップへのシーケンシャル順に識別され、前記検知されたセルのための処理は、識別されたチャネル・タップが十分に強くない場合に終了する請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記検知されたセルについての、十分に強い各チャネル・タップの後に、干渉除去を実行することを更に備える請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記検知されたセルによる干渉を除去して、干渉除去された信号を得ることは、
前記受信信号に基づいて、前記検知されたセルのためのチャネル推定値を導出することと、
前記検知されたセルのためのパイロット信号を生成することと、
前記検知されたセルのための前記パイロット信号および前記チャネル推定値に基づいて、前記検知されたセルによる干渉を推定することと、
前記推定された干渉を、前記受信信号から除去することと
を備える請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記受信信号が処理され、再使用係数が1のセルによって送信された共通パイロットが検知される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記受信信号が処理され、再使用係数が1より大きいセルによって送信された低再使用パイロットが検知される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 検知された複数のセルについての時間測定を得ることと、
前記検知された複数のセルについての時間測定に基づいて、ユーザ機器(UE)についての位置測定を得ることと
を更に備え、前記位置推定は、干渉除去を用いて検知されたセルの数が多くなることにより精度が向上する請求項1に記載の方法。 - 検知された複数のセルを識別することと、
前記検知された複数のセルの識別に基づいて、ユーザ機器(UE)についての位置推定を得ることと
を更に備え、前記位置推定は、干渉除去を用いて検知されたセルの数が多くなることにより精度が向上する請求項1に記載の方法。 - 無線通信のための装置であって、
受信信号を処理して、セルを検知する手段と、
前記検知されたセルが十分に強いかを判定する手段と、
前記検知されたセルが十分に強い場合、前記受信信号から、前記検知されたセルによる干渉を除去して、干渉除去された信号を得る手段と、
前記検知されたセルが十分に強い場合、前記干渉除去された信号を処理して、別のセルを検知する手段と
を備える装置。 - 前記受信信号を処理して、セルを検知する手段は、
前記受信信号を処理して、セルのセットにおける最も強いセルを検知する手段を備え、
前記干渉除去された信号を処理して、別のセルを検知する手段は、
前記干渉除去された信号を処理して、前記セルのセットにおける2番目に最も強いセルを検知する手段と、
前記2番目に最も強いセルが十分に強いかを判定する手段と、
前記2番目に最も強いセルが十分に強い場合、前記干渉除去された信号から、前記2番目に最も強いセルによる干渉を除去して、第2の干渉除去された信号を得る手段と、
前記2番目に最も強いセルが十分に強い場合、前記第2の干渉除去された信号を処理して、前記セルのセットにおける次に最も強いセルを検知する手段と
を備える装置。 - 前記セットにおけるセルは、前記最も強いセルから最も弱いセルへのシーケンシャル順に検知され、十分に強くないセルが検知されると、あるいは、前記セットにおける全てのセルが検知されると、前記検知が終了する請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記検知されたセルが十分に強いかを判定する手段は、
前記検知されたセルのための測定基準を決定する手段と、
前記測定基準をしきい値と比較する手段と、
前記測定基準が前記しきい値を超える場合、前記セルは十分に強いと宣言する手段と
を備える請求項20に記載の装置。 - 前記検知されたセルのための測定基準を決定する手段は、前記セルについての、識別された十分に強い全てのチャネル・タップに基づいて、前記セルのための測定基準を決定する手段を備える請求項23に記載の装置。
- 無線通信のための装置であって、
受信信号を処理して、セルを検知し、前記検知されたセルが十分に強いかを判定し、前記検知されたセルが十分に強い場合、前記受信信号から、前記検知されたセルによる干渉を除去して、干渉除去された信号を得て、前記検知されたセルが十分に強い場合、前記干渉除去された信号を処理して、別のセルを検知する
ように構成された少なくとも1つのプロセッサを備える装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、前記受信信号を処理して、セルのセットにおける最も強いセルを検知し、前記干渉除去された信号を処理して、前記セルのセットにおける2番目に最も強いセルを検知し、前記2番目に最も強いセルが十分に強いかを判定し、前記2番目に最も強いセルが十分に強い場合、前記干渉除去された信号から、前記2番目に最も強いセルによる干渉を除去して、第2の干渉除去された信号を得て、前記2番目に最も強いセルが十分に強い場合、前記第2の干渉除去された信号を処理して、前記セルのセットにおける次に最も強いセルを検知する
ように構成された請求項25に記載の装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、前記最も強いセルから最も弱いセルへのシーケンシャル順にセルを検知し、十分に強くないセルが検知されると、あるいは、前記セットにおける全てのセルが検知されると、前記セルの検知を終了するように構成された請求項26に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、前記検知されたセルのための測定基準を決定し、前記測定基準をしきい値と比較し、前記測定基準が前記しきい値を超える場合、前記セルは十分に強いと宣言するように構成された請求項25に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、前記セルについての、識別された十分に強い全てのチャネル・タップに基づいて、前記セルのための測定基準を決定するように構成された請求項28に記載の装置。
- コンピュータ読取可能媒体を備えるコンピュータ・プログラム製品であって、
前記コンピュータ読取可能媒体は、
少なくとも1つのコンピュータに、受信信号を処理してセルを検知させるためのコードと、
前記少なくとも1つのコンピュータに、前記検知されたセルが十分に強いかを判定させるためのコードと、
前記検知されたセルが十分に強い場合、前記少なくとも1つのコンピュータに、前記検知されたセルによる干渉を、前記受信信号から除去させ、干渉除去された信号を得させるためのコードと、
前記検知されたセルが十分に強い場合、前記少なくとも1つのコンピュータに、前記干渉除去された信号を処理させ、別のセルを検知させるためのコードと
を備えるコンピュータ・プログラム製品。
