Claims (16)
- 中央部位(6)と、該中央部位(6)の隣に配置される少なくとも一つの再循環部位(7、8)とを有し、前記再循環部位が中央部位(6)と共に環状部位(9、10)を形成するチューブ本体と、
放射熱チューブ(5)の一端部(12)に配置される旋回結合軸受(23)と、
旋回結合軸受(23)の反対側の放射熱チューブ(5)の他端部(11)に配置される滑り軸受(15)と、
放射熱チューブ(5)を加熱するバーナ(14)と、
を含むことを特徴とする放射熱チューブ(5)。 - チューブ本体はその端部(11)で閉塞され、該端部に滑り軸受(15)が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射熱チューブ(5)。
- 全部で少なくとも2つの再循環部位(7、8)が備えられ、前記各再循環部位は中央部位(6)と共に環状部位(9、10)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射熱チューブ(5)。
- 再循環部位(7、8)は、中央部位(6)に対して平行に延びていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の放射熱チューブ(5)。
- 中央部位(6)及び再循環部位(7、8)は、鋼板または鋳鋼から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射熱チューブ(5)。
- 旋回結合軸受(23)は、少なくとも一つの旋回軸を設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射熱チューブ(5)。
- 旋回結合軸受(23)は、水平方向に向かう旋回軸を設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射熱チューブ(5)。
- 旋回軸は、中央部位(6)の中心軸(25)とは交差せず、前記中央軸に対して横に延びることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の放射熱チューブ(5)。
- 旋回結合軸受(23)は、放射熱チューブ(5)のバーナとの接続部(22)の下部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射熱チューブ(5)。
- 旋回結合軸受(23)は、加熱炉チャンバ(1)の外側に配置され、前記加熱炉チャンバは放射熱チューブ(5)によって加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射熱チューブ(5)。
- 放射熱チューブ(5)は、2つの加熱炉壁部(2、3)間を延び、滑り軸受(15)と関連する反対側軸受(16)は一方の加熱炉壁部(3)に配置され、旋回結合軸受(23)は他方の加熱炉壁部(2)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射熱チューブ(5)。
- 旋回結合軸受(23)は、加熱炉チャンバ(1)の外側に配置され、前記加熱炉チャンバは放射熱チューブ(5)によって加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射熱チューブ(5)。
- 放射熱チューブ(5)は、旋回手段にて移動可能とするために加熱炉壁部(2)を通じて延び、旋回結合軸受(23)は、加熱炉壁部(2)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の放射熱チューブ(5)。
- 放射熱チューブ(5)の端部は、旋回結合軸受(23)付近にて加熱炉壁部(2)に対してシールされることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の放射熱チューブ(5)。
- シールするために蛇腹の配置(26)を備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の放射熱チューブ(5)。
- バーナ(14)は、無炎酸化で作動するバーナであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射熱チューブ(5)。
