Claims (13)
- 製鋼溶鉱炉の如き溶鉱炉の羽口部(4)と空気送風管(3)との間のシール接続システムであって、かかる接続システムでは、該送風管端が該羽口部の後端方向に押圧され、該羽口部と該空気送風管とが回転自在である間は該羽口部と該空気送風管の中心軸を同一にする接続システムであって、
該接続システムは、送風管端(33)と羽口部(4)との間に位置し、該羽口部に固定して配設される付加的な環状送風管シート(5)であって、該送風管端が該シートの後面(55、55´)に対向して位置すると共に固定ガスケット(53)が該シートと該羽口部との間に配置されることで、該シートが該羽口部の後面(44)に対向してシール状態で位置するようなシートと、該送風管端と該シートとの間の該接触領域の周囲に配設されるスリーブ(6)であって、該シートと該送風管にシール状態で接続されるスリーブと、を具備することを特徴とする接続システム。 - 該シート(5)は該羽口部の平坦後面(44)に対向して位置する前面(51)を有する、請求項1に記載の接続システム。
- 該シート(5)は該羽口部(4)の後方部分に形成された受容部(44)に位置し中心軸を同一にする、請求項1又は2に記載の接続システム。
- 環状溝(52)が該シートの該前面(51)に形成されていると共に、該シーリングガスケットが前記溝に配置されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の接続システム。
- 該シート(5)は鋼鉄製である、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の接続システム。
- 該送風管と接触する該シートの該後面(54)は円錐面(55´)を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の接続システム。
- 該送風管と接触する該シートの該後面(54)は、該送風管の該端の球状凸面と対応する球状凹面(55)を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の接続システム。
- 該シーリングスリーブはベローズ補償器(6)である、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の接続システム。
- 該スリーブは、該送風管の該シート(5)に溶接することによってシール状態で取り付けられる、請求項8に記載の接続システム。
- 該スリーブは、該送風管の外側金属壁(31)に溶接することによってシール状態で取り付けられる、請求項8に記載の接続システム。
- 該スリーブは、該送風管の外側金属壁(31)に付設されたフランジ(34)に溶接することによってシール状態で取り付けられた請求項8に記載の接続システム。
- 複数の羽口部(4)と対応する複数の送風支管(10)を有し、かかる羽口部と送風支管の夫々が前記請求項のいずれかに記載の接続システムによって羽口部(4)に接続された送風管(3)を具備する、製鋼溶鉱炉。
- 該羽口部に燃料ガス又は再循環ガスを供給するためのシステムを有する、請求項12に記載の製鋼溶鉱炉。
