Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による染料感応太陽電池モジュールは、隣接するセルまたはサブモジュールの電気的接続が正極電極とこれに隣接する負極電極の間のオーバーラップによってなされる染料感応太陽電池モジュールにおいて、前記オーバーラップ部分の少なくとも一面に前記正極または負極の一端から引き出され中間部を折り曲げて屈曲部を形成したリード線を有することを特徴とする。

Description
本発明の染料感応太陽電池モジュールは、隣接するセルまたはサブモジュールの電気的接続が正極電極とこれに隣接する負極電極の間のオーバーラップによってなされる染料感応太陽電池モジュールにおいて、前記オーバーラップ部分の少なくとも一面に前記正極または負極の一端から引き出され、中間部を折り曲げて屈曲部や突出部を形成したリード線有する構成からなる。
本発明の染料感応太陽電池モジュールに関する具体例を図1〜図5に示す。すなわち、導電体においては、電流は導電体の表面または角部、特に頂点部分に沿って流れる特性があるので、リード線を従来のように一直線とせず、リード線の中間部(中央を意味するものではなく、端部でない一定部分を意味する。)を折り曲げて屈曲部や突出部を形成して線の長さを増大し長さ方向に角部が増加するようにしたり、突出部の形成により角部が増加するようにする。屈曲部としては、図1に示すように曲線形状に形成してもよいが、図2〜図4に示すように、折り曲げて角ばった形状の角部を形成して、隣接するセルまたはサブモジュールの電気的接続が行われる電極へ電流が流れ易い表面頂点部分がより多くなるようにすることが好ましい。前記突出部も任意の形状とすることができ、図5にその一例を示す四角形状の他、頂点がより多く形成される多角形状の突出部とすることが、電流がより流れ易くなるので好ましい。
Claims (5)
- 隣接するセルまたはサブモジュールの電気的接続が正極電極とこれに隣接する負極電極の間のオーバーラップによってなされる染料感応太陽電池モジュールにおいて、前記オーバーラップ部分の少なくとも一面に前記正極または負極の一端から引き出され中間部を折り曲げて屈曲部を形成したリード線を有することを特徴とする染料感応太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記リード線が、前記正極または負極の一端から引き出され前記正極または負極に再び接続される閉ループである請求項1に記載の染料感応太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記リード線の屈曲部が、折り曲げて角ばった形状の角部を有する請求項1に記載の染料感応太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記リード線の屈曲部が、少なくとも1つのジグザグ形状またはコの字形状の凹凸部を含む請求項1に記載の染料感応太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記ジグザグまたは凹凸部のピッチが均一である請求項4に記載の染料感応太陽電池モジュール。
