Claims (10)
- 充填材と、塵のため特に排気開口部の防塵のためにフィルタ材料として機能する通気性シート部材(3)を有する真空気密高バリア性フィルム包装(1,2) と、を備える真空断熱パネル(1)であって、
前記シート部材(3)は、
(a)前記真空断熱パネル(1)を包装している高バリア性フィルム(1,2)の封止層と同じ材料で形成されるとともに、
(b)前記高バリア性フィルム(2)の、2つの、複数の、または全ての封止合わせ目(5,6)を通過することを特徴とする、前記真空断熱パネル。 - 前記シート部材(3)は、前記真空断熱パネル(1)を封止するために該真空断熱パネル(1)の縁部に沿って伸びる前記真空気密性フィルム(1、2)の少なくとも2本の封止合わせ目(5、6)を通過し、且つ、前記高バリア性フィルム包装(2)の封止材料と共に融合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記シート部材(3)が、前記真空断熱パネル(1)を封止するために該真空断熱パネル(1)の縁部に沿って伸びる前記真空気密性フィルム(1、2)の少なくとも2本の封止合わせ目(5、6)を通過し、且つ、前記高バリア性フィルム包装(2)の封止材料と共に融合され、
反対の位置に配置されて好ましくは前記真空断熱パネル(1)の相互に平行な接合縁部又は端面に沿って、前記封止合わせ目(5、6)が延びる、請求項2に記載の真空断熱パネル。 - 少なくとも一つの高バリア性フィルム包装(2)が前記シート部材(3)と共に通気性だが防塵性の開口部を有する袋を形成するように、前記シート部材(3)が、その縁部の2以上に沿って、好ましくは線状の接合部(4)に沿って、前記高バリア性フィルム包装に接着又は接合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の、2枚の高バリア性フィルム(2)間にシート部材(3)を有する真空断熱パネル。
- 前記シート部材(3)は、互いにほぼ平行に延びる少なくとも2つの線状の接合部(4)に沿って、前記高バリア性フィルム包装(2)に接合されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記シート部材(3)と各高バリア性フィルム(2)の封止層と間の前記線状の接合部(4)の其々が、高バリア性フィルム(2)の2枚のシートまたは基体を互いに直接接合する2本の隣り合う前記封止合わせ目(5,6)のそれぞれと、特にそれぞれ45度以上の角度で、特にほぼ直角の角度で、交差することを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記高バリア性フィルム(2)と前記シート部材(3)で形成された袋が、断熱コアとして機能する粉体(7)で満たされることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記高バリア性フィルム(1,2)の封止層と前記シート部材(3)の双方が、ポリエチレンの不織布または織布から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記高バリア性フィルム(2)の封止層と前記シート部材(3)との双方が、ポリプロピレンの不織布または織布から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 請求項1〜9の何れかに記載のシート部材を有する真空断熱パネル(1)の製造方法であって、
好ましくは中央の長手軸に沿って折られた、防塵だが通気性の材料で形成された帯状のシート部材(3)が、互いに密封可能な2枚の高バリア性フィルム(2)の間に配置され、互いに密封可能な前記高バリア性フィルム(2)の間に前記シート部材(3)による接続部が形成されるように、互いに密封可能な高バリア性フィルム(2)の内側に配置された封止層に、熱的に接合され、特に接着(接合線4)され、最終的に、前記2枚の密封可能な高バリア性フィルム(2)が、前記帯状のシート部材(3)の長手軸にほぼ垂直に延びる、該高バリア性フィルムの接合縁部又は接合側辺の各々に沿う封止合わせ目(5,6)の各々により、互いに封止され、前記帯状のシート部材(3)が前記封止合わせ目(5,6)と共に封止されることを特徴とする、前記方法。
