Claims (25)
- 燃料を直接噴射する燃焼機関と接続可能な少なくとも1つの高圧ポンプを含む、直接噴射式燃焼機関に燃料を供給する装置であって、第一のLPG燃料貯蔵部及び第二の液体燃料貯蔵部の少なくとも2つの燃料貯蔵部と、該燃料貯蔵部から高圧ポンプの入口にまで達すると共に燃料を該ポンプに供給する2つの配管とを含み、該配管には逆止弁が設けられ、上記高圧ポンプに接続された燃料経路をパージするパージ・ユニットが設けられた、上記装置。
- 前記パージ・ユニットが燃料経路内の圧力を均一にするために用意される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記パージ・ユニットに接続されると共に、LPGから液体燃料に切り替えるとパージ・ユニットを作動させるように用意された、制御装置を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記パージ・ユニットが高圧ポンプに至る液体燃料貯蔵部の配管に組み込まれる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記パージ・ユニットが前記燃料経路内の燃料圧力を高める増圧器を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記増圧器が液圧増加器である、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記液圧増加器が、直径の異なった2つのピストンとくびれのあるシリンダーとを含む、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記増圧器が燃料貯蔵部に至る戻り配管を備えた排出部を含む、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記燃料経路が増圧器をバイパスする形式の逆止弁を含む、請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記燃料経路には高圧ポンプの上流に合流部があり、少なくとも1つの燃料経路が上記合流部上流の燃料貯蔵部に至る戻り配管を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記戻り配管の接続部と配管合流部の間の配管にシャッターが組み込まれる、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記高圧ポンプが燃料戻り配管をも含み、前記パージ・ユニットが戻り配管に接続される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記高圧ポンプの戻り配管が液化燃料貯蔵手段に接続される、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記パージ・ユニットの入口が液体燃料貯蔵部に接続される、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記パージ・ユニットが蓄圧器を含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記蓄圧器の供給配管が高圧ポンプから下流に配列された高圧レールに接続される、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 第一のLPG燃料貯蔵部及び第二の液体燃料貯蔵部を準備する工程と、燃料を高圧ポンプに交互に供給することにより燃料を切り替える工程と、供給された燃料の昇圧工程と、燃料をその後燃焼機関に噴射する工程とを含む、2種の燃料を交互に噴射する方法であって、LPG燃料から液体燃料への切替が高圧ポンプに供給された燃料のパージを含む、上記方法。
- 前記パージ動作が供給される燃料の圧力を均一にすることを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記パージ動作が、少なくとも、他方の燃料の一時的な蓄積と蓄積された燃料のその後の供給及び噴射とを含む、請求項17又は18に記載の方法。
- 前記パージ動作が昇圧下での液体燃料の供給を含み、昇圧は排出手段の液圧行程により得られる、請求項17〜19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 一方の燃料から他方の燃料への前記切替が、他方の燃料ポンプの作動、所定の圧力レベルを発生させる該燃料ポンプの使用、及び、所定の圧力レベルに達した後に一方の燃料の下流への排出を含む、請求項17又は20に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の圧力に達した後に、一方の燃料ポンプのスイッチがオフになる、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 第二の燃料から第一の燃料への前記切替が、エンジンへの燃料の供給量を10〜40容量%低下させることを含む、請求項17〜22のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記パージ操作が、供給された燃料を高圧ポンプにより排出させることを含む、請求項17〜23のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 燃料を直接噴射する燃焼機関に接続可能な少なくとも1つの高圧ポンプを含む、直接噴射式燃焼機関のための装置であって、該装置は、例えばそれぞれ液化蒸気及びガソリン等の第一燃料及び第二燃料用の少なくとも2つの燃料貯蔵部と、該貯蔵部から高圧ポンプの入口にまで達すると共に燃料を該ポンプに供給する2つの配管とを含み、該配管には逆止弁が設けられ、ガソリン燃料経路中の逆止弁に相対して制御弁が取り付けられる、上記装置。
