Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の燃料噴射装置は、加圧された気体燃料と加圧された液体燃料とを間欠噴射するインジェクタ1と、気体燃料を加圧するための第一の高圧蓄圧源206をもつ気体燃料供給手段と、液体燃料を加圧するための第二の高圧蓄圧源210をもつ液体燃料供給手段と、第二の高圧蓄圧源に液体燃料を圧送する圧送手段202と、第一の高圧蓄圧源により加圧された気体燃料の圧力により動作し、圧送手段から圧送される液体燃料を増圧する増圧手段205と、を備えることを特徴とする。本発明の燃料噴射装置は、液体燃料を加圧して第二の高圧蓄圧源に圧送する際に、気体燃料の圧力を利用し液体燃料を圧送することから、液体燃料を圧送する圧送手段を簡略にすることができる。

Description
本発明の実施例として燃料噴射装置を製造した。本実施例の燃料噴射装置の構成を図1に示した。
本実施例は、実施例1の変形形態例であり、フィードポンプ202から第1制御室へつながる配管、および第1制御室からコモンレールヘつながる配管を廃止し構造を簡素化した加圧装置205をもつシステムである。本実施例の加圧装置202を図10に示した。本実施例の加圧装置205において、特に言及されない部材は実施例1の加圧装置と同様の機能、構成を有するものである。

Claims (8)
- 加圧された気体燃料と加圧された液体燃料とを間欠噴射するインジェクタと、
該気体燃料を加圧するための第一の高圧蓄圧源をもつ気体燃料供給手段と、
該液体燃料を加圧するための第二の高圧蓄圧源をもつ液体燃料供給手段と、
該第二の高圧蓄圧源に該液体燃料を圧送する圧送手段と、
該第一の高圧蓄圧源により加圧された該気体燃料の圧力により動作し、該圧送手段から圧送される該液体燃料を増圧する増圧手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする燃料噴射装置。 - 前記燃料噴射装置は、内燃機関に組み付けられ、
前記液体燃料の圧力が該内燃機関の運転条件により決定する請求項1に記載の燃料噴射装置。 - 前記増圧手段は、シリンダと、シリンダ内を往復動するピストンと、をもち、

前記液体燃料は、該インジェクタのニードルリフトを制御する制御流体としても機能する請求項1に記載の燃料噴射装置。 - 加圧された気体燃料が導入され、該気体燃料を間欠噴射するインジェクタをもつ燃料噴射装置であって、
隙間部から洩れた該気体燃料を回収する回収流路を有し、
該回収流路が、回収された該気体燃料を、該インジェクタに導入される該気体燃料に混合可能に接続されたことを特徴とする燃料噴射装置。
