Abstract
Description
Haakeミキサーで、各成分を190℃において50〜70rpmで混合する。無機フィラーが分解を始める210℃未満の温度に維持する。最初にポリマーを加え、次に相溶化剤を加える。最後に、少量の含水無機フィラーを加え、最終的なコンパウンドを、トルクが安定し、良好なブレンドが得られるまで75rpmで混合するが、温度は約200℃未満に維持する。
測定:
(1)ショアD硬度
(2)190℃におけるメルトインデックス21.6
(3)引張り強度
(4)破壊伸び
(5)90℃における熱間変形1時間、220g
(6)曲げ弾性率
(1)密度が0.870g/cmであり、190℃、2.16kgにおいて測定したメルトインデックスが1dg/mである、ENGAGE(商標)8100のエチレン/オクタンポリオレフィンエラストマー(The Dow Chemical Companyから入手可能);
(2)密度が0.885g/cmであり、190℃、2.16kgにおいて測定したメルトインデックスが2dg/mである、ENGAGE(商標)7256のエチレン/ブテンポリオレフィンエラストマー(The Dow Chemical Companyから入手可能);
(3)密度が0.866g/cmであり、230℃、2.16kgにおいて測定したメルトフローレートが8g/l0分である、VERSIFY(商標)3300のポリプロピレンエラストマー(The Dow Chemical Companyから入手可能);
(4)FUSABOND(商標)494Dの無水マレイン酸グラフト化相溶化剤(E.I.du Pont de Nemours and Companyから入手可能);
(5)190℃、2.16kgにおいて測定したメルトフローレートが1.5g/10である、FUSABOND(商標)226Dの無水マレイン酸グラフト化エチレン系相溶化剤(E.I.du Pont de Nemours and Companyから入手可能);
(6)含水率が0.3重量%未満、比表面積(BET)が4.0〜6.0m2/g、および密度が2.4g/cm3である、MAGNIFIN(商標)H5の水酸化マグネシウム(Albemarle Corporationから入手可能);ならびに
(7)含水率が約0.2重量%、比表面積(BET)が3.5m2/g、および密度が2.4g/cm3である、APRYL(商標)40CDの水酸化マグネシウム(Nabaltec AGから入手可能)。
Claims (7)
- (a)プロピレンポリマー、
(b)熱可塑性のプロピレン/エチレンコポリマーエラストマー、
(c)極性モノマーをグラフトしたポリオレフィンエラストマー相溶化剤、および
(d)金属水酸化物フィラー
を含む、ハロゲンフリー難燃性組成物。 - (a)前記プロピレンポリマーが、約10から約20重量%の間の量で存在し、
(b)前記熱可塑性のプロピレン/エチレンコポリマーエラストマーが、約15から約35重量%の間の量で存在し、
(c)前記極性モノマーをグラフトしたポリオレフィンエラストマー相溶化剤が、約2.5から約7.5重量%の間で存在し、および
(d)前記金属水酸化物フィラーが、約45重量%を超える量で存在する、
請求項1に記載のハロゲンフリー難燃性組成物。 - 前記極性モノマーをグラフトしたポリオレフィンエラストマー相溶化剤が、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたポリオレフィンエラストマーである、請求項1または2に記載のハロゲンフリー難燃性組成物。
- 前記金属水酸化物フィラーが、水酸化マグネシウムである、請求項1または2に記載のハロゲンフリー難燃性組成物。
- (a)プロピレンポリマー、
(b)熱可塑性のプロピレン/エチレンコポリマーエラストマー、
(c)有機過酸化物、
(d)極性のグラフト化用モノマー、および
(e)金属水酸化物フィラー
を含む、ハロゲンフリー難燃性組成物。 - 1つもしくは複数の導体または1つもしくは複数の導体のコアを含むケーブルであって、各々の導体またはコアが、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のハロゲンフリー難燃性組成物を含むハロゲンフリー難燃層で取り巻かれているケーブル。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のハロゲンフリー難燃性組成物を含む、押出品。
