Abstract
Description
本発明は、エラストマー材料と織物補強材とからのホースに関し、且つ殊にポリアミド繊維を基礎とする織物補強材を扱う。
湿度範囲は、その際、高温水蒸気中で60〜100%である。代替的に、糸は完全に熱水により湿らされていてもよい。熱水による処理に際して、糸は、有利には初期に70℃の熱水と反応器中で環流される。次いで、水は恒常的に80℃〜140℃の最終温度に加熱され(加熱率 1℃/分)、且つそこで10〜40分間維持される。引き続き、糸は室温ほどの低温水で洗浄することによって冷やされ、且つ乾燥される。蒸気での処理に際して、糸は、周囲圧力にて蒸気で満たされている容器に導通される。蒸気温度は、有利には240〜285℃の間にある。高温蒸気は収縮を引き起こす。蒸気処理後、次いで、糸は周囲空気中で再び巻き取られる。これらの有利な処理によって、熱風収縮率は、DIN53866に従って180℃、2分間及び5mN/texの予張力にて測定して、1.3%から2.5%の間に、好ましくは1.3%から2.3%の間で得られる。

- エラストマー材料及び織物補強材を包含し、その際、該織物補強材が、本質的に、脂肪族ポリアミドの群から選択された繊維から成るホースにおいて、使用される該繊維の熱風収縮率が、DIN53866に従って180℃、2分間及び5mN/texの予張力にて測定して、2.5%より小さいことを特徴とする、エラストマー材料及び織物補強材を包含するホース。

- 前記織物補強材の繊維が接着向上剤で処理されており、且つ前記繊維が接着向上剤による処理前に請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のものに相当する熱風収縮率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のホース。
- 前記織物補強材の繊維が接着向上剤を含んでいないことを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のホース。
- クーラントホースとしての請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のホースの使用。
- エラストマー材料からのホースの押出工程、押出されたホースの周囲領域への織物補強材の施与工程、その際、該織物補強材が、本質的に、脂肪族ポリアミドの群から選択されている繊維から成り、エラストマー材料からの被覆の押出工程及び得られたホースの引き続く加硫工程を包含する、織物補強材を有するホースの製造方法において、織物補強材として2.5%より小さい熱風収縮率を有する繊維を選択し、その際、熱風収縮率が、DIN53866に従って180℃、2分間及び5mN/texの予張力にて測定されることを特徴とする、織物補強材を有するホースの製造方法。
- 織物補強材として2.3%より小さい熱風収縮率を有する繊維を選択し、その際、該熱風収縮率が、DIN53866に従って180℃、2分間及び5mN/texの予張力にて測定されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 織物補強材として2.1%より小さい熱風収縮率を有する繊維を選択し、その際、該熱風収縮率が、DIN53866に従って180℃、2分間及び5mN/texの予張力にて測定されることを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載の方法。
