Abstract
【解決手段】(a)擬ベーマイト、蒸留水、及びpH調節剤を混合して均一に解膠(peptizing)させて無機バインダーを得る段階;(b)ゼオライト、前記無機バインダー、有機バインダー、及び蒸留水を混合した後、混練(kneading)して練りを得る段階;(c)前記練りを規則的な構造の貫通気孔を有する押出体で押出する段階;及び(d)前記押出体を乾燥した後、熱処理する段階;とを含めて製造される窒素酸化物低減用ハニカム型触媒の製造方法を提供する。

Claims (16)
- (a)擬ベーマイト(pseudo-boehmite)、蒸留水、及びpH調節剤を混合して均一に解膠(peptizing)させて無機バインダーを得る段階;
(b)ゼオライト、前記無機バインダー、有機バインダー、及び蒸留水を混合した後、混練(kneading)して練りを得る段階;
(c)前記練りを規則的な構造の貫通気孔を有する押出体で押出する段階;及び
(d)前記押出体を乾燥した後、熱処理する段階;
とを含めて製造される窒素酸化物低減用ハニカム型触媒の製造方法。 - 前記(a)段階の前記解膠は擬ベーマイト100重量部に対し蒸留水100乃至500重量部が添加して行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物低減用ハニカム型触媒の製造方法。
- 前記(a)段階の前記擬ベーマイトの解膠はpH0.5乃至6の酸又はpH8乃至11の塩基の状態において行われることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の窒素酸化物低減用ハニカム型触媒の製造方法。
- 前記(a)段階の前記解膠はpH0.5乃至4の酸又はpH8乃至11の塩基の状態において10乃至40分間行われることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の窒素酸化物低減用ハニカム型触媒の製造方法。
- 前記(a)段階の前記解膠はpH4乃至6の酸の状態において2乃至4日間行われることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の窒素酸化物低減用ハニカム型触媒の製造方法。
- 前記pH調節剤は、一価酸群から一つ以上選ばれる酸;水酸化アンモニウム及びアミン化合物から一つ以上選ばれる塩基;又は前記酸と前記塩基の混合物;であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物低減用ハニカム型触媒の製造方法。
- 前記pH8乃至11の塩基の状態は、一価酸群から一つ以上選ばれる酸;及び水酸化アンモニウム及びアミン化合物から一つ以上選ばれる塩基;によって調節されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の窒素酸化物低減用ハニカム型触媒の製造方法。
- 前記(b)段階の前記混合はゼオライト100重量部に対し10乃至150重量部の前記無機バインダー、1乃至15重量部の前記有機バインダー、及び30乃至100重量部の前記蒸留水が混合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物低減用ハニカム型触媒の製造方法。
- 前記(b)段階の前記ゼオライトは、遷移金属及びランタン族群から一つ以上選ばれる金属がイオン交換された又は担持されたゼオライトであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物低減用ハニカム型触媒の製造方法。
- 前記金属は、Fe、Cu、Co、Pt、V、Ce及びMoからなる群より一つ以上選ばれる金属であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の窒素酸化物低減用ハニカム型触媒の製造方法。
- 前記(b)段階の前記練りは、前記ゼオライト100重量部に対しファイバー(fiber)又は粒子(particle)の形態のSi、Al、Ti、Zr、SiO2、Al2O3、TiO2、ZrO2から一つ以上選ばれる無機物0乃至150重量部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物低減用ハニカム型触媒の製造方法。
- 前記(c)段階の前記気孔は、断面が多角形又は円形であり、前記押出体の長軸方向に貫通した気孔であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物低減用ハニカム型触媒の製造方法。
- 前記(d)段階の前記熱処理は100乃至600℃で行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物低減用ハニカム型触媒の製造方法。
- 前記有機バインダーはメチルセルロース(methylcellulose)群であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物低減用ハニカム型触媒の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項14から選ばれるいずれかに記載の製造方法で製造された窒素酸化物低減用ハニカム型触媒。
- 請求項1乃至請求項14から選ばれるいずれかに記載の製造方法で製造された窒素酸化物低減用ハニカム型触媒と;窒素酸化物及びアンモニアを含有した排気ガスと;を200乃至500℃で接触させてN2に変換する工程を含む窒素酸化物排気ガスの処理方法。
