- 前記光学干渉マスクが、前記マスクから反射される光の前記色が可視スペクトル内の色と実質的に調和するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の光起電力デバイス。

- 前記吸収体および光学共鳴キャビティが、前記光起電力デバイスの露出した部分によって反射される可視スペクトルと実質的に調和する可視光を反射するように構成されている、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 光が入射するおもて側と前記おもて側の反対側の裏側とを有する光起電力デバイスを製造する方法であって、前記光起電力デバイスの前記裏側からの可視反射を低減するように構成された干渉変調器を形成するステップを含む方法。
- 前記干渉変調器が、黒色外観を干渉により生成する、請求項24に記載の方法。
