Abstract
Description
(A)一般式Iを満足し、R1およびR2が各々独立に置換基を表す構造単位、ならびに
(B)2個の反応性脱離基
を含み、
(i)R1およびR2が、各々独立にパラ位に配置され、5個以上の炭素原子を含有する、または
(ii)R1およびR2が、各々独立にメタ位に配置され、5個以上の炭素原子を含有する、または
(iii)R1およびR2の一方が、メタ位に配置され、R1およびR2の他方が、パラ位に配置されており、R1およびR2が、各々独立に5個以上の炭素原子を含有する
モノマーを提供する。
特に、
− 9,9−ジアルキルフルオレン−2,7−ジイルのホモポリマーなどの、特に上記に言及したようなアリーレン繰返し単位のホモポリマーは、電子輸送を行うために利用し得る。
− 特に上記に言及したようなアリーレン繰返し単位、およびトリアリールアミン繰返し単位、特に式1から4から選択される繰返し単位を含むコポリマーは、正孔輸送および/または発光を行うために利用し得る。

Claims (25)
- アノード、正孔輸送層、発光層およびカソードを備えた有機発光デバイスであって、正孔輸送層が、ポリマー主鎖中にフルオレン単位を含み、一般式Iを満足する繰返し単位:
ことを特徴とする有機発光デバイス。 - 正孔輸送ポリマーのTgが200℃未満である、請求項1に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 正孔輸送ポリマーが、堆積後の加熱により再配列した、請求項1または請求項2に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 正孔輸送ポリマーが、溶液から堆積して層を形成できるように可溶性である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 正孔輸送層が、およそ4.5から5.8、好ましくは4.8から5.5eVのHOMO準位を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- R1およびR2の一方または両方が、炭素原子5から20個を有する置換基を表す、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- R1およびR2の一方または両方が、直鎖または分岐アルキル基を表す、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- R1およびR2の少なくとも一方が、フェニル環上のメタ位に配置されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- R1およびR2が共にメタ位に配置されている、請求項8に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- R1およびR2の少なくとも一方が、フェニル環のパラ位に配置されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- R1およびR2が共にパラ位に配置されている、請求項10に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 正孔輸送ポリマーがコポリマーである、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 正孔輸送ポリマーが、トリアリールアミン繰返し単位を含む、請求項12に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 正孔輸送ポリマーが、一般式Iを満足する繰返し単位を30から80mol%含む、請求項12または請求項13に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 正孔輸送ポリマーが、一般式Iを満足する繰返し単位とトリアリールアミン繰返し単位とのコポリマーである、請求項12または請求項13に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 正孔輸送ポリマーが、一般式22を満足するさらなるフルオレン繰返し単位:
- アノードおよび正孔輸送層の間に配置された正孔注入層をさらに有する、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 正孔注入層が導電性の有機材料を含む、請求項17に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、青色、赤色および緑色発光層を有するフルカラーディスプレー中に含まれ、正孔輸送層が、青色、赤色および緑色エレクトロルミネッセンス材料に共通である、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光デバイス。
- 発光デバイスにおける正孔輸送ポリマーとしての使用に適したポリマーであり、一般式Iを満足する繰返し単位:
- 請求項2、4または6から16のいずれか一項に規定したような正孔輸送ポリマーである、請求項21に記載のポリマー。
- 共役ポリマーの調製に適したモノマーであって、
(A)一般式Iを満足し、
(B)2個の反応性脱離基
を含み、
(i)R1およびR2が、各々独立にパラ位に配置され、5個以上の炭素原子を含有する、または
(ii)R1およびR2が、各々独立にメタ位に配置され、5個以上の炭素原子を含有する、または
(iii)R1およびR2の一方が、メタ位に配置され、R1およびR2の他方が、パラ位に配置されており、R1およびR2が、各々独立に5個以上の炭素原子を含有する
モノマー。 - 2個の反応性脱離基が、ホウ素誘導体基、ハロゲン、トシレート、メシレートおよびトリフレートからなる群から独立に選択される、請求項22に記載のモノマー。
- 請求項3に規定したような発光デバイスを作製する方法であって、正孔輸送層を堆積させ、次いで正孔輸送層を加熱するステップを含む方法。
- 正孔輸送ポリマーが、請求項2、4または6から16のいずれか一項に規定した通りである、請求項24に記載の方法。
