Abstract
【解決手段】所定温度に達するように、乾燥室に設置された乾燥対象物を加熱する加熱工程と、所定温度を維持するように、乾燥対象物の温度を調整する温度調整工程と、乾燥対象物が設置された乾燥室の室内気圧を、大気圧よりも高い所定気圧まで上げた後に下げる気圧調整工程と、を有する。

Description
(第1実施形態)
図1は、本発明による乾燥装置の第1実施形態に用いるリチウムイオン二次電池の概略図である。図1(A)はリチウムイオン二次電池の斜視図であり、図1(B)は図1(A)のB−B断面図である。
図6は、第2実施形態の乾燥装置の作動を説明するタイムチャートである。

Claims (6)
- 所定温度に達するように、乾燥室に設置された乾燥対象物を加熱する加熱工程と、
前記所定温度を維持するように、前記乾燥対象物の温度を調整する温度調整工程と、
前記乾燥対象物が設置された乾燥室の室内気圧を、大気圧よりも高い所定気圧まで上げた後に下げる気圧調整工程と、
を有する乾燥方法。 - 請求項1に記載の乾燥方法において、
前記気圧調整工程は、前記乾燥対象物が所定温度に達するときに、前記室内気圧が前記所定気圧になるように気圧を上げる、
ことを特徴とする乾燥方法。 - 請求項1に記載の乾燥方法において、
前記気圧調整工程は、前記乾燥対象物が所定温度に維持されているときに、前記室内気圧が前記所定気圧になるように気圧を上げる、
ことを特徴とする乾燥方法。 - 乾燥対象物を設置する乾燥室と、
前記乾燥室に設けられ、前記乾燥対象物が所定温度に達し、その後、その所定温度を維持するように、前記乾燥対象物を加熱する温度調整機構と、
前記乾燥対象物が設置された乾燥室の室内気圧を、大気圧よりも高い所定気圧まで上げた後に下げる気圧調整機構と、
を有する乾燥装置。 - 請求項4に記載の乾燥装置において、
前記乾燥対象物は、外装材と、その外装材の内部に設けられる電極と、を含む発電要素である、
ことを特徴とする乾燥装置。 - 請求項5に記載の乾燥装置において、
前記温度調整機構は、一端が外装材の内部で前記電極に接続されるとともに他端が外装材の外に出る端子を加熱する、
ことを特徴とする乾燥装置。
