【解決手段】熱可塑性樹脂として、ポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂およびポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂を90:10〜50:50の質量比で含有することを特徴とする。

装置:東ソー(株)製 HLC-8120GPC
溶離液:クロロホルム
検出器:示差屈折計
温度:40℃
ポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂の製造方法は、特に限定されないが、例えば、公知のラジカル重合法、例えば塊状重合、溶液重合、懸濁重合等により製造することができる。
・ポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂(PMMA)
ポリメチルメタクリレート:三菱レイヨン(株)製「アクリペットVH」
・ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂(PTT)
三井・デュポンケミカル(株)製「デュポンバイオマックス PTT1100」
・ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂(PBT)
ウィンテックポリマー(株)製「ジュラネックス 2002」
(試験片作製方法)
実施例1〜3、比較例4では、二軸ニーダーを用いて、表1に示す配合比率でそれぞれの熱可塑性樹脂を加熱混合してストランド状に押出し、冷却後切断して成形用ペレットとした。この成形用ペレットを成形材料として射出成形機により試験片を作製した。
[鉛筆硬度]
JIS K 5600に準拠して試験片の鉛筆硬度を測定した。
[汚染試験]
JIS A 1718の汚染試験項に準拠して、ワセリン/カーボンブラックを試験片に付着・除去し、目視により残存の有無を確認した。本試験では、耐傷性が劣るとワセリン/カーボンブラック付着時に発生する試験片の傷にカーボンが残り汚染が残存することになる。
[耐溶剤性(耐ケミカルクラック性)]
凸曲面を形成した治具を用い、厚み3mm、幅15mmの試験片を凸曲面に沿わせて曲げた状態で治具の上に配置し、試験片の両側端部を留め具で固定した。このように治具の凸曲面の上に試験片を曲げた状態で固定することにより、試験片の表面に0.15%、0.30%、0.45%、0.60%の4種類の歪をかけた。
[アイゾット衝撃強度]
JISK 7110に準拠して、ノッチなし試験片にてアイゾット衝撃強度を測定した。試験片として、未処理品と、70℃の温水に60日間浸漬した後、乾燥した耐水性評価用の温水浸漬処理品の2種類を用いた。

- 熱可塑性樹脂として、ポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂およびポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂を90:10〜50:50の質量比で含有することを特徴とする水廻り住宅設備用成形材料。
- 請求項1に記載の水廻り住宅設備用成形材料を成形して得られたものであることを特徴とする水廻り住宅設備。
