Abstract
【解決手段】排気弁構造は、排気ガスの導入流路7を形成するとともにステイ部材30を有する内筒部と、導入流路7を閉止および開放するバルブ本体と、ステイ部材30に固定されるとともに、導入流路7の閉止時にバルブ本体に当接するワイヤメッシュ60と、を備え、ワイヤメッシュ60が、導入流路7の下流側に向かうに従い徐々に拡径し、バルブ本体の当接時においてステイ部材30にかかる荷重を拡径方向に分散させる形状からなる。

図2および図3に示すように、排気熱回収装置4は、内筒部15と、外筒部16と、排気バルブ装置20とを含んで構成されている。内筒部15および外筒部16は、いわゆる排気管である。

Claims (7)
- 排気ガスの流路を形成するとともに弁座部を有する筒状部材と、前記流路を閉止および開放する弁体と、前記弁座部に固定されるとともに、前記流路の閉止時に前記弁体に当接するワイヤメッシュと、を備え、
前記ワイヤメッシュが、前記流路の下流側に向かうに従い徐々に拡径し、前記弁体の当接時において前記弁座部にかかる荷重を前記拡径方向に分散させる形状からなることを特徴とする排気弁構造。 - 前記弁体は、前記流路の閉止時に前記ワイヤメッシュに当接する外周面部を有し、
前記ワイヤメッシュは、前記弁座部に固定される筒状の固定部と、前記固定部に一体成形され、前記流路の閉止時に前記弁体に当接して前記弁体からの荷重を受ける当接部とから構成され、
前記弁座部は、前記固定部が固定される筒状のメッシュ支持部と、前記メッシュ支持部に対して径方向外方に向けて屈曲するとともに、前記当接部を保持する屈曲部とを有し、
前記当接部は、前記流路の閉止時に前記外周面部に当接する内周面部と、前記拡径方向の端部に形成された変形面部とを有し、
前記内周面部が、前記屈曲部に対して径方向内方側に傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気弁構造。 - 前記当接部は、前記屈曲部に保持される被保持面部を有し、
前記変形面部が、前記内周面部の前記拡径方向の周縁と前記被保持面部の前記拡径方向の外縁とを通る平面より前記拡径方向に離隔した頂縁部を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の排気弁構造。 - 前記変形面部は、前記被保持面部に対して所定の角度で切り欠かれた切欠面部を有し、前記内周面部への前記弁体の当接時に前記弁体から受ける荷重により、前記切欠面部が前記弁座部側に倒れ込むよう変形することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の排気弁構造。
- 前記当接部が、前記固定部より肉厚に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の排気弁構造。
- 前記変形面部が、径方向断面形状を円弧状としたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の排気弁構造。
- 排気ガスの流路を形成するとともに弁座部を有する筒状部材と、前記流路を閉止および開放する弁体と、前記弁座部に固定されるとともに、前記流路の閉止時に前記弁体に当接するワイヤメッシュと、を備え、
前記弁体は、前記流路の閉止時に前記ワイヤメッシュに当接する外周面部を有し、
前記ワイヤメッシュは、前記弁座部に固定される筒状の固定部と、前記固定部に一体成形され、前記流路の閉止時に前記弁体に当接して前記弁体からの荷重を受ける当接部とから構成され、
前記弁座部は、前記固定部が固定される筒状のメッシュ支持部と、前記メッシュ支持部に対して径方向外方に向けて屈曲するとともに、前記当接部を保持する屈曲部とを有し、
前記当接部は、前記流路の閉止時に前記外周面部に当接する内周面部と、前記拡径方向の端部に形成された変形面部とを有し、
前記内周面部が、前記屈曲部に対して径方向内方側に傾斜していることを特徴とする排気弁構造。
