Abstract
【解決手段】硬化性成分と、少なくとも1つのエトキシル化オクチルフェノール誘導体を含む非硬化性成分と、少なくとも1つの光開始剤と、着色剤と、を含み、前記成分が、第1の温度において固体である硬化性インク組成物を形成し、前記成分が、第2の温度において液体組成物を形成し、前記第1の温度が20〜25℃であり、前記第2の温度が40℃より高い、放射線硬化性固体インク組成物である。

Description
の異性体、ならびに不飽和および環状基を含むことができるその他の分枝異性体を含むC−36ダイマージオール混合物である(Uniqema社、New Castle、DE)。C36ダイマージオールに関するさらなる情報は、カークオスマー(Kirk−Othmer)のEncyclopedia of Chemical Technology、8巻、第4版(1992年)223〜237頁、「ダイマー酸(Dimer Acids)」に開示されている。これらのアルコールは、UV硬化性部分を備えたカルボン酸と反応して反応性エステルを形成することができる。これらの酸の例としてはSigma−Aldrich Co.から入手できるアクリル酸およびメタクリル酸が挙げられる。具体的な硬化性モノマとしては、アクリレートのUNILIN(登録商標)350、UNILIN(登録商標)425、UNILIN(登録商標)550およびUNILIN(登録商標)700が挙げられる。

前記成分が、第1の温度において固体である硬化性インク組成物を形成し、
前記成分が、第2の温度において液体組成物を形成し、
前記第1の温度が20〜25℃であり、
前記第2の温度が40℃より高い、
ことを特徴とする放射線硬化性固体インク組成物。
