Description
**Peltier加熱プレートを取り付け、25mmの平行板を用いたRFS3歪み制御レオメーター(TA instruments)でサンプルを測定した。使用した方法は、それぞれの温度間の保持(平衡)時間120秒、1Hzの一定周波数での、5℃間隔の高温から低温への温度スイープ法であった。

(固体インクの調製)
アモルファス材料および結晶性材料を合成するか、または、市販されている場合には購入した。目的の化学構造および性質を表1(結晶性要素)および表2(アモルファス要素)に示す。

iii同時係属中の米国特許出願第13/095,784号(代理人整理番号20101140−390605)に記載されるように合成した
iv同時係属中の米国特許出願第13/095,795号(代理人整理番号20100868−388982)に記載されるように合成した
*Q1000 Differential Scanning Calorimeter(TA Instruments)を用い、−50℃から200℃、次いで−50℃まで、速度10℃/分でサンプルを測定し、中点を引用している。
**Peltier加熱プレートを取り付け、25mmの平行板を用いたRFS3歪み制御レオメーター(TA instruments)でサンプルを測定した。使用した方法は、それぞれの温度間の保持(平衡)時間120秒、1Hzの一定周波数での、5℃間隔の高温から低温への温度スイープ法であった。
インクAに、Solvent Blue 101(2wt%)をさらに加え、インクAAを作成した。インクBに、Orasol Blue GN(3wt%)をさらに加え、インクBBを作成した。これらのインクをそれぞれ、改変したXerox Phaser 8860プリンタを用い、Digital Color Elite Gloss、120gsm(DCEG)およびXerox Business 4200(75gsm)紙に印刷し、堅牢性の高い画像を作成し、この画像は、基板から簡単に除去することはできなかった。
Claims (8)
- 少なくとも、140℃での粘度が12cps未満、室温での粘度が1×106cpsより大きい結晶性要素と;
少なくとも、140℃での粘度が100cps未満、室温での粘度が1×106cpsより大きいアモルファス要素とを含み、前記結晶性要素が、下記化合物、
これらの立体異性体およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、転相インク。 - 前記結晶性要素およびアモルファス要素を、それぞれ65:35〜95:5の重量比でブレンドする、請求項1に記載の転相インク。
- 前記結晶性要素が、示差走査熱量測定によって結晶化ピーク(Tcrys)および溶融(Tmelt)ピークを示し、ピーク間の差(Tmelt−Tcrys)が55℃未満である、請求項1に記載の転相インク。
- 前記結晶性要素は、融点が65℃よりも高い、請求項1に記載の転相インク。
- 前記アモルファス要素は、室温での粘度が少なくとも106cpsである、請求項1に記載の転相インク。
- 前記アモルファス要素は、分子量が1000g/mol未満である、請求項1に記載の転相インク。
- 前記アモルファス要素は、Tg値が10〜50℃である、請求項1に記載の転相インク。
- 少なくとも、140℃での粘度が12cps未満、室温での粘度が1×10 6 cpsより大きい結晶性要素と;
少なくとも、140℃での粘度が100cps未満、室温での粘度が1×10 6 cpsより大きいアモルファス要素とを含み、前記アモルファス要素が、下記化合物、
これらの立体異性体およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、転相インク。
