Abstract
【解決手段】ガスエンジン1の出力を制御する制御装置30が、ガス燃料のガス元圧P0が、所定出力に応じた給気圧PB100に抗してガス燃料を噴射するために必要とされる所定値P0m_100未満であるときに、当該所定出力に対して制限された出力を目標値KWTとして設定する目標値設定部43と、目標値設定部43により設定された目標値KWTに基づいて、出力KWの設定値KWSETを設定する設定値設定部44と、設定値設定部44により設定された設定値KWSETとなるよう出力KWを制御する出力制御部45と、を備える。

Claims (6)
- ガス燃料を主燃料とするガスエンジンの出力を制御するガスエンジンの制御装置であって、
ガス燃料のガス元圧が、所定出力に応じて定まる圧力値未満であるときに、当該所定出力に対して制限された出力を目標値として設定する目標値設定部と、
前記目標値設定部により設定された前記目標値に基づいて、出力の設定値を設定する設定値設定部と、
前記設定値設定部により設定された前記設定値となるよう出力を制御する出力制御部と、を備えていることを特徴とするガスエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記所定出力が、要求負荷に応じた出力であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスエンジンの制御装置。
- 前記目標値設定部が、
ガス元圧に応じて出力の一次目標値を設定する一次設定部と、
前記一次設定部により設定された前記一次目標値の変化率を許容変化率と比較し、前記許容変化率を超えるときに、前記目標値を前記許容変化率に従って変化させるべく定められた二次目標値を前記目標値として設定する二次設定部と、
を有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガスエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記二次設定部は、前記一次目標値が大きくなるよう変化したときには、前記一次目標値の変化率を第1の前記許容変化率と比較し、前記一次目標値が小さくなるよう変化したときには、前記一次目標値の変化率を前記第1の許容変化率よりも大きい第2の前記許容変化率と比較することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガスエンジンの制御装置。
- 前記設定値設定部は、出力の要求値と、前記目標値設定部により設定された前記目標値とを比較し、前記目標値が前記要求値を下回るときには前記目標値に応じて前記設定値を設定し、前記目標値が前記要求値を上回るときには前記要求値に応じて前記設定値を設定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のガスエンジンの制御装置。
- ガス燃料を主燃料とするガスエンジンの出力を制御する方法であって、
ガス燃料のガス元圧を検出する元圧検出ステップと、
前記元圧検出ステップにおいて検出されたガス元圧が、所定出力に応じて定まる所定圧力値未満であるときに、前記所定出力に対して制限された出力を目標値として設定する目標値設定ステップと、
前記目標値設定ステップにおいて設定された前記目標値に基づいて、出力の設定値を設定する設定値設定ステップと、
前記設定値設定ステップにおいて設定された前記設定値となるよう出力を制御する出力制御ステップと、
を有していることを特徴とするガスエンジンの制御方法。
