Abstract
【解決手段】圧縮ガス供給源(高圧ガス容器11)から供給されるガスを減圧手段(圧力調整器21、31)で減圧して供給するガス供給装置において、前記減圧手段のガス流れ方向上流側に、該減圧手段に導入されるガスと温水供給源(温水循環ユニット15)から供給される温水とを熱交換させて前記ガスを加温する熱交換器22,32を設けるとともに、前記減圧手段に、前記温水の一部によって該減圧手段を加温するための温水流路53を設ける。

Claims (4)
- 圧縮ガス供給源から供給されるガスを減圧手段で減圧して供給するガス供給装置において、前記減圧手段のガス流れ方向上流側に、該減圧手段に導入されるガスと温水供給源から供給される温水とを熱交換させて前記ガスを加温する熱交換器を設けるとともに、前記減圧手段に、前記温水の一部によって該減圧手段を加温するための温水流路を設けたことを特徴とするガス供給装置。
- 前記温水を30〜40℃の温度に加温して前記熱交換器及び前記減圧手段の温水流路に供給する温水循環手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス供給装置。
- 前記減圧手段が直列又は並列に複数配置され、各減圧手段のガス流れ方向上流側に前記熱交換器がそれぞれ配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のガス供給装置。
- 前記ガスがモノシラン又は三フッ化窒素であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載のガス供給装置。
