Claims (1)
- 圧縮、膨張兼用機から熱交換手段を経由してガ
スホルダに至る流路を備えたガス供給装置におい
て、ガスホルダ内へのガス充填時には熱交換手段
内に冷却水を、ガスホルダからのガス払出し時に
は熱交換手段内にスチームまたは温水を通すよう
に形成したことを特徴とするガス供給装置。
