スホルダに至る流路を備えたガス供給装置におい
て、ガスホルダ内へのガス充填時には熱交換手段
内に冷却水を、ガスホルダからのガス払出し時に
は熱交換手段内にスチームまたは温水を通すよう
に形成したことを特徴とするガス供給装置。 In a gas supply device equipped with a flow path from a compression/expansion machine to a gas holder via a heat exchange means, cooling water is supplied into the heat exchange means when filling gas into the gas holder, and heat exchange is performed when discharging gas from the gas holder.
