Abstract
【解決手段】駆動輪に連結される変速出力軸とモータジェネレータに連結されるモータ軸との間にはモータ変速装置が設けられる。モータ変速装置は、クラッチ油室66を備えるハイクラッチによって動力伝達状態に切り換えられる第1動力伝達径路と、ブレーキ油室74を備えるローブレーキによって動力伝達状態に切り換えられる第2動力伝達径路とを有している。オイルポンプ81から吐出される作動油は、出力制御弁82を経て油路切換弁83に案内される。そして、油路切換弁83によってクラッチ油室66とブレーキ油室74とのいずれか一方に作動油が分配され、ハイクラッチおよびローブレーキが同時に締結されるインターロックを回避することが可能となる。

Claims (6)
- 駆動輪に連結される駆動軸と走行用モータに連結されるモータ軸との間に設けられるモータ変速装置であって、
前記駆動軸と前記モータ軸との間に設けられる第1動力伝達径路を、動力伝達状態と動力切断状態とに切り換える第1係合機構と、
前記駆動軸と前記モータ軸との間に設けられる第2動力伝達径路を、動力伝達状態と動力切断状態とに切り換える第2係合機構と、
油圧供給源と前記第1および第2係合機構との間に設けられ、前記油圧供給源からの作動油を通過させる連通状態と、前記油圧供給源からの作動油を遮断する遮断状態とに切り換えられる出力制御弁と、
前記出力制御弁と前記第1および第2係合機構との間に設けられ、前記出力制御弁からの作動油を前記第1係合機構に案内する状態と、前記出力制御弁からの作動油を前記第2係合機構に案内する状態とに切り換えられる油路切換弁とを有することを特徴とするモータ変速装置。 - 請求項1記載のモータ変速装置において、
前記油路切換弁は電磁弁からのパイロット圧によって切り換えられることを特徴とするモータ変速装置。 - 請求項1または2記載のモータ変速装置において、
前記出力制御弁は電磁弁からのパイロット圧によって切り換えられることを特徴とするモータ変速装置。 - 請求項1または2記載のモータ変速装置において、
前記油圧供給源は電動ポンプであり、前記出力制御弁は前記電動ポンプからの作動油によって切り換えられることを特徴とするモータ変速装置。 - 請求項4記載のモータ変速装置において、
前記電動ポンプは前記走行用モータによって駆動されることを特徴とするモータ変速装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のモータ変速装置において、
前記第1および第2動力伝達径路は1つの遊星歯車列によって構成されることを特徴とするモータ変速装置。
